It's horrible Everytime you go to h&m you have to pay for the bags. I been at the Florida mall this week 3 times , I do not bring bags because I was not expecting to buy anything but I did and I have to pay for the bags the 3 times because you do not wants to carry the clothes with no bags because people may think you steal it. Plus she can't credit my points because she can't find my account and I used 3 days ago. Do bad this is the only store who doesn't give you bags plus the bags have their logo and you are promoting the store. If we have to pay for the bag don't put your logo

Girl with the NY Baseball cap was literally rude and useless. They have no idea about any store policies. I worked in retail for years. And they must just hire any random people off the street. Store is disorganized, chaotic, and always understaffed with several sizes not in stock. Save your money and buy better quality clothes without the attitude of this rude staff.

So far the best H&M in Central Florida and the biggest so far! Super clean and organized, location is absolutely great and so much options of clothing. I hope this H&M will stay at this mall, it needs to stay here at Millenia! Other than that, beautiful store with many clothing options to choose from with adorable prices.

I was at H&M today in the Millennia mall & bought a pair of earrings. I left & about 1/2 hour later I realized that one earring was missing! I had carried them around in the store & thought maybe one dropped off.We returned to the store and looked around, but couldn’t find it. I spoke with two store associate to explained the situation. Both said sorry you have to go back through the line (this was on a VERY busy Friday).I bought these earrings to wear for my daughters baby shower tomorrow night and I was really upset. There was a gentleman working and he asked me if he could help me.I explained the situation a third time and within two minutes he had the entire thing fixed and I walked out of the store with two earrings. Now THAT is Customer Service!!!His name was EDISON and you guys really should make him a manager.Edison, thank you so much for helping this soon to be Grandma look great on a really important night. See the attached photo!! Those earrings made the outfit amazing!

Wow, I just purchased $35 worth of merchandise in this H&M (millennia mall) and has to pay $.10 for a bag or walk out with the merchandise in my hand. H&M in Miami does not charge for a bag. Shame on H&M. The employee said it was due to climate change, but if that’s the case they won’t sell the bag. My opinion charging the bag is just another way to save money.

First let me just say I am not one to write reviews. But the customer service I witnessed on a closing Sunday was disgusting; if you come in anything <30 mins before close expect to feel like youre being kicked out as soon as you walk in. I came in for a few basic t shirts last minute at 6:45, was never greeted but witnessed 3 different associates running around the store yelling at everyone that they close in 10 minutes and that everyone needs to drop what they’re doing and go to the register. Nina rang me out and she was intentionally unpleasant and seemingly miserable seeing as she had to ring me out at 6:58. Didn’t get a hello or even a smile the whole interaction, never bothered to thank me or tell me to have a good night either… not that I expected as much lol. The store was a mess and I understand wanting to get out at a reasonable time like everyone else, but the way myself and other customers were treated was unacceptable, and frankly, left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve managed retail for 5 years and can only blame management, there were at least 8 associates working so maybe if people were zoned to start recovery instead of running around for the last 15 minutes telling everyone they needed to leave, they wouldn’t have felt the need to be so rude. I feel as though I was seen/treated as a number, not as a customer or even a person for that matter, and for that reason I’ll be skipping H&M the next time I visit Milennia Mall. Kindness is free and goes a long way.

I'm always amazed at the low cost clothing options. I don't expect the clothes to last forever, but how often to I wear the same t-shirt?
