Good store, unfortunately it’s not the best for bigger projects right now. I tried to order an upper cabinet, and they price was double what they said it was, and I had to buy multiple parts they didn’t tell me about beforehand. For small stuff, it’s great

Sanitizer at regular intervals and pretty decent social distancing inside. Safe shopping if you really can't stay home.

Generally, I have no issues with IKEA. The products and pricing have definitely helped with putting together my home.We visited on Aug. 8, it was packed! Normally this would just be an annoyance, but in this pandemic, the amount of people was alarming. Walking through the aisles and pathways felt like theme park level crowding. There were a lot of unsupervised teenagers just hanging out and not adhering to COVID-19 guidelines. I think some people were there just because they were bored and were just hanging out and in the way.The pickup area was chaotic and people were getting cranky about claiming a pickup spot preventing cars who were already there from pulling in.

Fast service at this ikea. Used click and pull ordering. Employee was very polite and courteous, and wore his mask.

Absolutely no social distancing and masks are not mandatory. Yep, some of us feel unsafe still

SEVERELY crowded on a Sunday. Definitely NOT safe to go to during these times. No one is enforcing the 6 feet rule, and no one is limiting just how many people are in the building. The crowds were INSANE, and the AC wasn't working so the place felt like a sweaty warehouse. It was the worst time I EVER had at IKEA, and I was truly SHOCKED at how the place was being managed, which is to say that it WASN'T being managed at all! I would think during a time of pandemic IKEA would try to enforce some safety measures, but NOT AT ALL. The place was more packed than a chicken farm. And, btw, they CLOSED THE RESTAURANT.

Love the different selections since I was looking for a more modern look and I found great options in many different colors, they also have lot of different choices for all your house.

We needed seat cushions and was told by a friend to try them. This was my first time In an Ikea store. I was absolutely blown away by the amount of beautiful things in there. They have something for every room in your house and the prices are very good. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of social distancing by the customers though. Despite the floors being clearly mark social distancing markers and signs reminding customers of this, I saw very little of this, except in the checkout lanes. As much as I liked it, I won't be returning until we're no longer in a hot zone for Covid-19. On a lighter note, their cinnamon rolls are to die for! Absolutely delicious!

As with MOST IKEA stores, it is huge, fabulous, with lots of options. I went there most recently to pick some Montessori options for my baby's nursery and choose some wooden toys- they didn't disappoint!! I got a beautiful wooden stacker, soft sensory ball, baby led weaning and Montessori friendly utensils, a full coverage bib. Once my baby is a little bigger they have step stool and other toddler appropriate furniture and toys. Their soft serve from food court is AWESOME!

It started out like any other Friday would have started out, wake up, drink coffee, take a long drag from my menthol Marlboro and sit expectantly for inspiration to dawn on me. As I looked out of my apartment window I saw something that I had never noticed before. What I saw before me was a large yellow I with a blue background. Has that always been there? I questioned my power of observation. How could I have missed such contrasting colors? What was the rest of this word that had suddenly caught my interest so wholeheartedly? Was that a K I could make out? I knew that my day was about to take a turn for the more interesting as I dressed in my black velvet pants with my long sleeve white Oxford and my matching velvet blazer. I exited my 3rd story loft and attempted to ascertain the exact heading of this curious sign that I had spotted. Once I had located the coordinates of the building, which I later found out was a massive warehouse, I set off at a brisk pace in that direction. When I was approximately a tenth of a mile away from the destination I could hear the songs of what sounded like Swedish children; I know this only because I spend my earlier years being raised in Norway and we had a Swedish maid who would sing songs of her home land to me as I sheered my sheep. My pace quickened as well as my heart beat as I neared. As I crossed the threshold of what seemed to me to be a portal back to my long forgotten childhood, I was stopped, a small man in a vest matching the name of the store sign I had seen earlier he said to me that he must deny me entry if I didn’t have a facial covering. I did not. I left.

I have a tiny etsy buisness and have operated for years on the super cheap. Now however we are going to try to sell our house and my somewhat ugly workroom needed to be beautified. I fell in love with the Kalläx cube shelf units. The ones that look like walnut wood....the first time I went to Ikea that week I loaded six boxes of the helmer metal rolling drawer unit by myself into a cart but was told I could not get the Kalläx, I had to go to a kiosk to order them. I told the Lady I wanted two...went to the register to pay for all my purchases and felt happy because I had not spent as much as I thought. Went to pick up my K ( Kalläx) and saw four huge boxes. At home my husband asked if I realized that I only had one of the K's? Nope! Apparently 1 K = 4 boxes. Poor idiot me has to go back to get another one. Another 45 minute drive there on Ifreaking4 which I hate! I bought the K went to pick it up counted 4 boxes had to load the heavy thing myself (typical)So at home husband wants to assemble the K's and asks did you know they gave you two #1 boxes, three # 2 boxes, one # 3 box and two #4 boxes? Nope! So this idiot has had enough I call coustomer support, I get a Robot who tells me the are (basically) getting too many complaint and issue calls and they don't have enough staff to answer the line and then it hangs up. Getting more frustrated by the hang up I call like 9 times always choosing different options and getting nowhere! So the next day idiot that I am I drive to Ikea for the very last time ever...I go straight to where you pick up the furniture... explain...get told nope go to returns and wait in line...30some minutes later finally at the counter I explain....again...she says where is box#2? I say in my Jeep I can't carry it!She says well you need it. I said But I can't carry it! Finally she calls someone. I said I will be able to come right back to the counter and not have to wait in line again right? She said maybe...I said ok fine but I want to see a manager when I come back!We get the box, I finally get to explain( again) to the manager why I am highly agitated...and he said yeah we are working on a better customer service line but it wont be available for some time. He said he was sorry and did I want refreshments while I was waiting for my box#3.WOW! But why would I expect at least decent customer service from this team that cannot get one thing right? Why do I keep calling myself an idiot?Because I keep expecting better treatment for the hard-earned money I spend I keep expecting more compassion from people that screw me over when I am never anything but polite even when I am livid.Disrespect for their customers is a cancer that is spreading from the top down!

Masks required but IKEA gave up on crowd control. It is as busy as ever and no IKEA workers around. People touching things and lying on beds. Folks are wearing masks but it's hard to social distance when so many people are crowding areas. And, of course, with the IKEA layout, once you have what you need, you must still walk the entire store to get out. The lines are long with no social distancing markers. We left without making a purchase as it just wasn't worth it. We will return once things are back to normal, whenever that might be.

And overall good experience at this location. We love walking through the entire store to get new ideas and to take advantage of their low prices. This time, it did not seem quite as clean as we normally experienced, especially in the restroom area. Additionally, a lot of the patrons were not social distancing at all, no care in the world for the COVID-19. It was quite busy, so if you are an older person with mitigating health conditions, you may want to steer clear of IKEA until there is a vaccine, or at least plan your trip to get there right when it opens when it is less congested.

Great customer service, Hai was very helpful and kind, him care about us checking if we have all that we need to assemble our bed.

Ordered ALEX, LINNMON & ADILS combos online to setup a home workspace. Took almost 4 wks to arrive which I was fine with because of COVID delays, however there are missing and damaged pieces from the order delivered just last night. Ikea has disconnected the calls to its customer service line and disabled their Chat support features thus no one to get in contact with regarding damages and missing parts. Hundreds of dollars spend on these items & ZERO customer support. I've tried reaching out via calling, email, chat and FB with no avail. 2 stars because what is operable does look nice however 2/3 of what I received was damaged.

This IKEA has the worst customer service. Everyone at the counter is rude. I have also been having trouble getting a specific item. Their website shows that they have stuff in stock and tells me the amount of products in stock but when I was told to talk to customer service they wouldn’t even look for me. A worker told me they had a product in stock but the lady at customer service RUDELY told me “we don’t guarantee our stock” and sent me away. The departments do not communicate among each other and the customer service is VERY unhelpful.

Came for the furniture, stayed for the food! They've got all kinds of Scandinavian treats and the kitchen has amazing food for so cheap, we payed $13 for a 2 person lunch and it was great. Highly recommend.

I love IKEA!!!! Not too far from home.... you will need at least an hour and a half and that’s being quick! Friendly and knowledgeable staff makes the experience great!
July 2020 by Christine Bogart
Excellent job of staying clean. Hand sanitizer stations everywhere. Staff was sparse and obviously stressed and overworked. Customers were the worst part of the experience, refusing to social distance and follow instructions.

I wanted to give a huge thumbs up to Don M who helped us design our PAX shelving system/ closet. Don M Is so helpful and goes the extra mile with his clients. While he finished with his last client he jumped right in to help us figure out what we wanted. He guided us through the design and what are options were and was so informative and helpful. Don M made us feel at ease searching and purchasing what we needed.

Great furniture store with tons of different products and although at the time of writing the food court is shut down the food there is amazing and id highly recommended getting the chocolate cake as it is delicious. One thing that does get annoying but is a good way to get customers to buy more items is the fact that you have to go through all of the products to get to a certain item/area.

The Orlando IKEA is awful. Every time I've visited... pre Covid, it was a mess. No one around to help, everyone chatting with each other if they were at all to be found. Waiting over 45 minutes for the easy buy and pick up. And ordering online while the store was only doing Click and Collect? A complete and total nightmare. Customer service was abysmal. I will drive to another location 2 hours away for better service just to save the headache.

I have been to this store many times, and I keep disappointing myself about giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have tried to contact them several times about a specific item that was supposed to be in house several times by now, and now they are saying that it is discontinued. Don't have it on the floor or your website if you are no longer selling it. Also they don't seem to communicate with each other in different departments. They say that they have it up on the floor and then when you go down to the collecting area it isn't there. Or the product says that it is down one isle but its located in a different one. This location just seems to be very disorganized and doesn't know how to manage its stock. The one in Frisco, TX was very well laid out and organized, but this Orlando, FL location is not. I would tell people not to waste their time here.

This place is not practicing social distancing at all. Store was extremely crowded, air conditioning not well. I think a great place to spread COVID.
July 2020 by Rick Scott
This store does do allow click and pick up. I do not want to have to walk through the entire store packed with customers who are not required by the store to wear masks. I had $450 in my cart to click, pay and pick-up but was not allowed at this location. I hope the store goes out of business for I will never return.

I found material that I liked, and it was $5.99 a yard. There was no tag on it or the bolt, and they wouldn't sell it to me without one. I also found a chair for our grandsons, and I needed 2, but they didn't have any.

It is a large complex unfortunately with the current situation, I would not recommend going on the weekend as I did. There is just too many people. I would have liked a more of a variety on the dinning room tables, but I was able to find something at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't have a store closer to Daytona Beach, and they won't deliver to Daytona Beach.

Rude lady at counter and not enforcing mask policy in their store. Guess they like money over people's safety.
