This review is about this particular Jos.A.Bank in orlando. After the savannah Ga. Store Completely messed up our tux rental for a wedding this store was forced to deal with fixing it all. This store did a wonderful job handling it and particularly the employee David Steele who went the extra mile to make sure everything was fine and we were taken care of.

Updating a previous review. Issue was resolved. Advice to corporate is to empower store managers to make decisions at the store level to take better care of your customers. The only reason I revised my previous rating is because the manager and staff at this location are outstanding!

We went here for tuxedos for our up coming wedding and had a great experience! David was very helpful and answered all of our questions and spent plenty of time making sure we had everything perfect, just how we wanted it. I definitely recommend coming here!

The service is always phenomenal and today was no exception. Honestly, every employee is approachable and has an eye to help you coordinate your outfit to an occasion - or as was my case, my wife. I highly recommend any gentleman to shop here. The travel shirts are good quality. The tailored fits, fit well. You'll be in and out in as little as 20 minutes when there isn't much foot traffic, to include trying multiple shirts on.

The red carpet is always rolled out for us at this location. They closed at 8:30pm, we got there at 8 due to traffic and were still able to shop, try on clothing, and make a purchase. Left around 9:30pm. We're always treated with such respect!

Nice place to shop for suits. Usually low key and professional staff. They show you what you need with infinite patience and never pushy or overbearing. I went to pick up a suit I had ordered during their amazing year end 70% off sale - online. They shipped the suit to the store so I could decide if I liked it and it could be altered to my specifications.

In the age of online consumerism, I'd love to be able to say that Jos. A Banks is going against the grain- that face to face interactions and customer service are still at the forefront of their core values. Sadly, I found quite the opposite to be true. I showed up at the location at 7940 Via Dellagio Way in Orlando Florida to pick up a suit for a groomsmen party I am a part of, fully expecting to pay the promised $229 group price that is so frequently advertised by Joe A. Banks. When I arrived, however, I was told that since the store that the groom ordered the suits from did not input the group code into the internal Jos. A Banks system-I owed the full $700. What's worse, 5 other groomsmen all picking up their suits remotely were all able to do so with their respective local stores at the promised price. One would assume that to drag a customer through the mud due to general incompetence and lack of internal communication is taboo, but at store Orlando, it is almost celebrated. I implored the Orlando manager to contact the branch where the suits were reserved, and he refused to do so, rudely. This along with a rant about the origin store were further evidence of a complete lack of tact and professionalism. As a result, the groom is going to have to go back to the original store and arrange for them to call the Orlando store- wasting multiple people's valuable time. In summary, this location is led by a self righteous man and I would strongly advise others to do as I am going to do moving forward- and never do business with someone who does not have my best interests at heart again.

Small store with a collection to match. Didn't get a good deal, but my fault for shopping last minute—Jos. A. Bank is all about their sales.

Only one person working. Terrible customer service. For the prices you pay they should have more employees on staff.
