Do not use this specialty pharmacy if you need your medications quickly. I cannot get my prescriptions sent out despite at least 7 calls to this pharmacy over the past 2 weeks. No one will take my payment, and there is no way to call the pharmacy directly. Multiple times they have said they will call me back for payment and they never call me back. I end up waiting on hold multiple times and never get anywhere. Finally I was able to speak to a pharmacist this morning, and after several business days of them having the last of 3 Rxs (since middle of last week), she said it still wasn't ready for the pharmacist to review. I asked for her to please do what it takes to get it done now, and she said she would take care of it and call me back, but I'd heard "I'll call you back" before and got burned. She insisted she would call me back within 2 hours. It has been over 2 hours, and still no call back, so I tried calling again, and the representative on the phone said the Rx is still not ready to pay for or ship out. I asked to be connected to the pharmacist or the pharmacy manager, and they transferred me to yet another person who does not work in the pharmacy, who told me the Rx is not fillable yet but couldn't tell me why, so I again am waiting on hold now for an actual pharmacist.

Who are these people and why are they appealing a decision on my behalf made by my insurance without ever asking me if I wanted them to first? Stay in your lane, Kroger. If I wanted the decision appealed, I would've done it myself.

There should be an opportunity for 0 stars, and I hate to even have the word "Star" in this review. This is by FAR the worst online pharmacy I have ever dealt with, this is the 2nd month in a row that my prescription hasn't arrived. The worst part is there is ZERO communication that there's any type of issue, you have to call them after you find out that your prescription wasn't delivered. My advice to anyone is that if you have a life depending drug that you need, shop somewhere else because there is no guarantee that you'll get your Rx's on time! There is zero customer service, they refuse to transfer you to a manger to resolve the issue. I have written twice already and no answer. There is zero accountability from this company, none whatsoever. Untrustworthy, disgraceful, I'm transferring my rx's out to another company! If you or a loved one depends on rx's then you need to consider another provider, because you can't depend on Kroger!

I receive Olumiant from them, not by choice, as they are the only specialty pharmacy contracted by my insurance (so much for the free market). I have received 7 fills of this medication, and not once has the medication been filled without issue. Every month, I spend upwards to an hour on the phone, over the course of a week, to try and have my medication filled. Every month I get assurance that my prescription will run without issue, and every month I am left disappointed and stressed. I will receive no fewer than 5 phone calls saying my medication is scheduled for delivery, only to have the delivery day come and go, or have someone call me and say there was an issue processing.I had a supervisor (Cathy) who supposedly put explicit directions on my profile for how to process my refills, to no avail.At this point, I am at wit's end. I am pigeonholed into using a pharmacy I do not want to use to receive a medication very important to my health.

I have been waiting for over a month for them to refill a prescription and when you call no one can help unless you wait for 20 minutes for a representative that doesn’t do what they say they will in short find a different pharmacy

So far I am still waiting my prescription that was sent on January 24th to this pharmacy. I called several times last week and told them I would be out of medication as of last Thursday. My insurance called me saying they approved the medication on Friday. When I called the pharmacy today I’m told they have no order shipping date. This is totally unacceptable.

I placed an order. Received a confirmation this morning that it was on the truck. Then at 5:19 pm it was canceled They tried to tell me that it wasn't available any more. But it on the truck. These people will never have my business any more.

Idk if she works here at this location but she works for this company. Brenda is a rude woman. Unhelpful, does not listen and is rather rude. Several KSP pharmacists that I have spoke to have been rude and unhelpful. Why people even come here is beyond me

I never knew what a specialty pharmacy was until I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease recently but I am so thankful that my injections are NOT being handled by my local pharmacist. The employees are top notch on the phone and my package arrives the day after my refill, packed in ice to my front door. I’d give anything for all my families prescriptions to be handled this way.
