Yesterday we went to the store to verify if they had a specific macbook model. The guy that helped us was very nice and offered us other options because the one we were looking for was not available, we did not buy it but he forgot to mentioned that the black friday deal ended that day. So we went today to get it and first of all, we waited a long time for someone to attend us. Then, this employee called Legend "helped" with really bad attitude, did not treat us right and did not even help us. We bought the macbook because we already knew we wanted that one. We asked if he had more options and he had an attitude, we asked for the colors and the same. When we decided the color he instantly said they did not have it and out of the blue "they did have one". After we bought it, we thanked the cashier and he was nearby so we thanked him and he did not even look back at us to respond.

I ordered a new hard drive for my laptop in the early morning, got the confirmation, then nothing after that. Later in the day (around 4pm), it still said 'preparing'. I called and got routed to a central customer service agent who was not able tell me anything different, nor could she connect me to the store so I could talk to them directly. I tried calling a second time, asking to speak to the manager of the store. Again, I got routed to the central agent. Apparently, there is no way to contact the store directly and since the store is 40minutes away, I am NOT going to go there to troubleshoot this problem! So, I since I could not determine if they would be processing my order or not (they had 3 in stock), I cancelled my order and bought it from Amazon (cheaper, too!). My take home: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, they have essentially NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They just lost a sale and a customer ... or two or three.

I just went to the store and picked up a clearance item which was identified, I was so excited because I had gotten the perfect gift for Christmas at one of my favorite stores, when I went to make the payment the employee Logan I think is his correct name He told me that it would be ridiculous to sell me that item with the label on it, so I asked him who puts the label on it? He Tells me the employees! I tell him is it my fault, he says no, but it's ridiculous to sell it to you at that price. Either you take it at the regular price or don't buy it!. I look at him and tell him that's not the correct way to talk to a customer. I tell him I'll call the company. and he told me, laughing, call them, my name is Logan and I told him where is your supervisor , and he replied that there were none! After insisting, the manager appeared, I notified him of how rude his employee was to me, I will not go to that store again, and he did not sell me the item, which was marked at a price. Sadly, due to employee failures, customers prefer to buy from their competitors.

I am handicapped and homebound. I have made 4 calls to the store that forwards my call to a call center. I have made 4 calls. 1st) leave a msg & someone will call you back (lies!). 2nd) sorry we can't transfer you, we will have an associate call you (lies) 3rd) I requested a mod. Told I couldn't speak to one & she transferred me to the main menu. 4th) angry by now, I politely asked for a mod & now going on 30min waiting still no mod after asking multiple times. Guess what? I was just hung up on.Sorry BestBuy that I am homebound & in a wheelchair. I'll try corporate & see if I'm treated the same.

Best Buy just loots/robs you. We placed an order for an open box TV at their Waterford Lakes store in Orlando. The order was placed on July 20th, 2023. Today, it's Aug 4th, 2023. The delivery has been canceled 3 times till now and scheduled 4 times. There is no standard reason for the same; all representatives are giving different reasons. Some say that it has not been picked up from the store, some say that it is not in stock which is ridiculous as the TV was bought from the store and how can it be not in stock?!; did they double sell it?! i mean did they sell to someone else after selling it to me?! some other excuses are that the TV is still at the store and not picked up. They even blamed us shamelessly for not scheduling an appointment which actually we did 3 times and 3 times they canceled it. On all the scheduled delivery days, we get a message that the item is out on delivery, we waste our whole day waiting for it and then we get a message that it has been canceled. This means that they are always lying. They keep asking us to cancel the order if we can't wait. This clearly means that they have either sold it to someone else after charging us or damaged it during the transportation. They sold us Best Buy membership and credit card just to buy this TV. Seven levels of hell! Have you ever tried to call Best Buy? It has to be the worst customer service experience ever, and I don't think I'm being over dramatic. I went to their store and after talking with a sales rep, purchased a TV, sound bar, sub woofer, wall mount and surge protector ($4000). I fell for the sucker deal and got their $200 total tech membership because the TV and equipment would be delivered and installed. First the TV wasn't in stock. Ok, it's available in a few days, let's schedule install. Next Friday was confirmed, I scheduled the day off from work since their time slot is 7am - 7pm! A few days before the appointment, I get notified it's time to schedule the appointment... WTF? I call, the TV isn't going to be available, so now I have to reschedule to another week day.... So I call back. It takes you 1 hr to talk to someone and they can't help you, they have to connect you to someone else.... And it just keeps going until they fake a connection issue or hang up (I was being very patient and friendly). You cannot speak to a local store, it's all routed to their central call center in India or Pakistan. The language barrier is quite annoying. Now I have to fight for a full refund on the equipment and the worthless total tech membership.... Which by the way, details changed as soon as I paid.... Oh, these benefits are changing.... No wonder Amazon and other web sales are eating their lunch. I'm usually easy going and understanding and it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review.... Well, they earned this one. Never again.

I was not expecting to be so impressed at Best Buy - but I was! Maybe all of the locations have great employees- but I can definitely vouch for the Waterford Lakes store!From the 1st person 'Gabe' that assisted me with my purchase. he was very knowledgeable, patient & professional. When I returned to pick up my purchase Marc was an absolutely incredible help! I can't thank Marc enough for ensuring I had all of the help I needed. I also had Alessandro (not sure I spelled his name correctly) assist me. All three young gentlemen impressed me! They all were helpful, compassionate, patient with me lol and professional- I am so glad I decided to take a chance with them.

HelloI had a fridge ordered on march 08th that was more than $800 and the expected date was March 13th, they never showed up that day and I had to call and reschedule for March 16th, they did not show up again and had a picture of my front door saying in the notes that nobody was home, we asked for 2 days of just this week to get this fridge delivered and nothing. Called again on March 17th they tried to schedule for April 6th and said they did not had the fridge to get delivered and that the truck that came to our home had no fridge to be delivered, I do not understand how such a big company can treat the customer that way and not even care about it. I have kids at home and living without a fridge it's been tough and they said now that I have to wait another 2 weeks? Will be almost a full month, somebody got help me with this issue.

My daughter & I had to seek out help. I purchased a TV & setup for delivery in FL, also paid extra for installation. We gave salesman new address twice, in FL. He pulled up old Best Buy profile & sent TV order to CA.

My husband and I went to Best Buy to look around and upon walking in we were not greeted nor did we receive any type of help while we were in the store for over 30 minutes. We were looking at the Google Neat equipment as we were interested in a few items. We asked an associate if we could get some help and they said that they would send someone over. We waited about another 5 minutes and just decided to leave. As we were walking out, we saw 3-4 associates just standing behind the register talking. Very unprofessional and unorganized store.

Non Existent Communication for a "No Call/No Show appliance delivery. Delivery Delays happen .. they are a part of our daily lives in these times. But, there is NO excuse for poor communication, to be more exact NO communication. There is also NO excuse for an Account to show "Out for Delivery" when the item was never even routed to the delivery firm per CS AKA Geek Squad. I will never waste my time by sitting at home waiting for a scheduled, confirmed, "non existent" appliance delivery again. And to be told by the Customer Service Agents ( more then 36 hours after the "no show" and the order is still showing up as "out for delivery") that you cannot speak with a supervisor because "they are too busy" is outrageous. "Buyer Beware"

They have the price tag on the wrong item and then don't honor it when they made the mistake with the store. Tried talking to corporate but they just say "you should have handled the issue in store"

I scheduled an appoint with Geek Squad over the phone and they said could give me an estimate if I brought an item in with an appointment. I made the appointment and they told me I couldn't be serviced. In person they told me not to trust what they say on the phone because that's not "us". I had my time wasted and I won't be shopping here ever again.

Ordered a new surface pro 7 online.....price was the best anywhere, and believe me, I looked everywhere......order arrived within 7 days....... easy in store pickup, or delivery right to your house ....great experience !!

Terrible customer service and insurance! Scheduled an appointment today with geek squad to get my IPhone screen fixed and was told that the service couldn't be done even with insurance because the back was cracked also. Had the same issue 2 years ago and they had no problem fixing it . I'm not sure if these companies think its ok for their employees to tell customer, " it's not my problem" , but this is unacceptable. I don't know if some of these geeks lost most of their braincells and manners due to the pandemic or what . I ended up going to an ifix mom and pop shop where they fixed my phone no problem. Explain to me how a store like geek squad that you have insurance with can't fix a phone but a small mom and pop store can on the spot? Don't bother with getting anything done with geek squad. It seems to me that there are more important things to them besides making money and doing their job.
