Even though they wouldn't give me the deal that came to me in my email but didn't show up in my app. This is a good McDonald's. Would be better if they still accepted my Orange County Employee discount and taught the employees how to enter the app coupon deals manually.
After all they have to do it with competitor's coupons!
Go work there. They need help and people make management quick!!

We used the mobile order and pay on the app to order a sandwich and two cookies. With the coupon, the whole order came to just $2. After placing the order, we drove to pick it up with the receipt and order number on the app. We were told by an employee that they could not find the order in their system and pulled out of drivethru into a parking spot.
Thinking we made an error with the address, we checked over the whole order and confirmed we were at the right store. Everything checked out. So we went inside and explained to the cashier what had happened in drivethru and that the computer system couldn't find our order. But we had it right in our hands, ordered just 10-15 minutes before we arrived. The cashier said it was no problem and that he would submit an order at no additional charge to us. We were happy to see that they were providing great customer service for us despite a malfunction in their computers.
That was until the manager came over and told us she would not be fulfilling our order. She told us that if we didn't check in at their store, that they could not make the order for us and that she couldn't just give us "free food". We calmly explained that we did submit our order and showed her the order code, the receipt with each item on it, and a 'need help?' code that the employees are supposed to punch in to find out what went wrong. All she could say was "Nope, sorry. There's nothing I can do". She refused to help us in any way and said that if she didn't have the order in the computer that she couldn't give us food.. unless we paid again. At this point we were irate. She refused to help us in any way unless we paid money in the store.
Do not go to this Central FL Pkwy location. The manager does not care about the customers or their needs. Despite living under 5 minutes away, we will never be returning to this store until new management is in place. The disrespectful and unprofessional behavior shown by the leader in the store is completely unacceptable.

Half the time here you get good service and good food. A quarter of the time your food is wrong and the other quarter of the time the service is lackluster or down right bad. The only great thing about this McDonald's is the location. Close to home and convenient. Oh, and the touch screen ordering garbage inside the restaurant is the worst thing they could have done. I will never eat inside because I think if I do half the work of ordering my own food then I should pay full price.

So unbelievably slow. Used Android pay on LG G2 Sport watch and adorable employee said, "That is dope. That is hot.". All day breakfast has been really nice. #AndroidPay
