The doctor prescribed me something and also recommended I see a specialist for the issue. It’s rare that I hear a minute clinic doctor suggest someone else to evaluate the problem, and I really appreciated this. I could tell she cared about me as a patient.

Not worth it. I should've known better than to go here, but I ended up waiting forever and then paying over $150 (after insurance) because the practitioner decided to just throw a bunch of tests at me before waiting for the results one-by-one, fully asking me about my symptoms first, taking all my vitals, or informing me that those tests add up to $300 before insurance. Then when all the tests were negative she said it must be an upper respiratory infection and prescribed me antibiotics. I complained to customer service and was just told they provide evidence-based care, which is clearly not entirely true since multiple organizations recommend against using antibiotics in those cases because upper respiratory infections are typically viral. It just felt like she couldn't wait to get me out of the room, after finding as many things to charge me for as possible.

Said they accept my insurance prior to the visit, now I have a bill for $164 for a 10 minute visit.

Kaitlin helped me in my last visit to the minute clinic at CVS. She was extremely professional and very sweet. She was attentive to my problem and most importantly she asked me a lot of questions in order to get a picture and fully understand what problem I was experiencing.

I went and saw Dr. Ashleigh a few days ago, the tablet told me there were no open spots available for walk-ins but she came out and was able to squeeze me in. Since then I’ve gotten numerous check-up calls just to see how I’m doing. I will be going to this minute clinic only from now on thanks to her. They have some amazing doctors there.

I went in for a visit today and Kaitlin Asanoff, NP was so gracious with her time with me. Her kindness and care made up for the whole week of feeling in the dumps. Clean facility and friendly staff. Thanks so much!

I accidentally made an appointment at the wrong location. The Doctor, Kaitlin A, saw me struggling at the kiosk. She asked how she could help and said she'd try to fit me in. She was able to fit me in, took her time, and overall, provided great service. She did not have to go out of her way to fit me in. She listened to my concerns and really talked them through with me. Would 10 out of 10 recommend. She is wonderful!

Made an appointment. I confirmed that I had the flu. The nurse practitioner was very friendly and helpful. Made it as easy as possible for me!

Ok as I pulled up I almost ran over a homeless person sleeping in the curb and told an associate about it. The medical assistant first told me they didn’t have records from the other cvs then 5 mins later told me what was prescribed. The dr that saw me though knew exactly what she was talking about ordered me the right antibiotic I can already feel it working after 4 hours and gave me a regimen that made sense similar to what I’ve been told before when I have sinusitis and what I’ve read about swollen glands. I am thankful and very satisfied

Minute Clinic Website says Must walk in and when I arrived the Dr and Associate walked in the room as if they were trying to avoid talking to patients, despite not having any patients or anyone there beside me. Finally a lady came out said no more walk ins for the day. MYRNA the doctor said her schedule is full and She then suggested I make an appointment (which is not a walk in and something I could have done from home not from a computer in your store) TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they just don’t want to take patients. MUST WALK IN To MAKE An APPOINTMENT…

Wish I could give 0 stars but I have to write this review.DONT GO SEE THUY ANH LAI !! She will fail you every time on your DOT physical due to her inexperience in this area. She had to be walked through the exam with her boss on the other line causing me to be there for 2 hours!! Also she scrutinizes every bump and scratch on your body and really doesnt know what shes doing and as a driver you can tell. Want your DOT card?? Dont go here.

This is a joke, I checked in for a DOT exam and the wait was 60 min and then it changed to over 3 hours after my boss just dropped me off here which we expected an hour or so, now my blood pressure spiked and this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL on Minuit Clinics part. I can only imagine how many people have got that upset due to similar situations.
