Services here were so unnecessarily expensive if I knew how insane the charges would be I would have just gone to an urgent care and saved myself money. Be warned.

I don’t recommend coming here unless you are getting something very simple like a flu shot. If you need a prescription immediately, just go to your regular doctor unless you want to spend an entire week suffering and waiting. Also impossible to reach them via phone without a very long wait and a bunch of automated messages.

Pretty good experience. Scheduled an appointment on my phone. Received text message updates. Got assessed and done in 20 minutes. The nurse practitioner was very helpful. Got a sick note for work, no issues. Highly recommend with an appointment.

Just wasted my time by scheduling and coming to an appointment for the Minute Clinic. I scheduled my son an appointment for a vaccine, entered his insurance info online when booking the appointment just to come and wait over 20 minutes before being seen. And to be told they don’t accept our insurance. If it’s not accepted here, it shouldn’t have been accepted when I entered the information online. Fix this so people won’t waste their time.

Don’t call it a walk in clinic when you NEED an appointment.

Their system does not work to properly book appointments and I was treated very poorly by staff. Avoid this location if you can

This is supposed to be a “quick, convenient place” for small ailments. Walked in at 6:30pm, 1 whole hour before closing time, they refused to look after me. Even after explaining that I was 4 days post partum with an ear infection and it would only take 5 minutes of their time. They told me to go elsewhere. That is lack of compassion and humanity, you cannot be in any healthcare role if you cannot take care of a person in need. Please save your time and go across the street to CareSpot, they saw me and in 2 minutes flat identified that I did have an ear infection and had a prescription and medication ready for me right away.

When you have a clinic, you need doctors who really cares about patients, who has emphatic, who really wants to help people, this place has a person who called doctor but does not actual as a doctor. My daughter vomiting in front of her, and she said that she couldn’t do anything. This is not a professional health care. ?

Horrible. Np clogged my ears with water after an ear wax removal. Ears felt worst after going in then coming in never again. Now I have to book somewhere else.

This should be named as hour clinic as I had to wait for an hour from the time of my appointment to actually get checked. Waste of time and horrible first experience.

Megan was absolutely amazing! She saved me a $100+ visit because I thought I couldn’t use my health insurance card. She was very personable and helpful with regards to what I needed to get done, plus we were able to discuss some of my other health concerns. She even gave me my flu shot. She went above and beyond to help and inform me; I’m very satisfied with my visit. I would highly recommend seeing her.

I went to online and it did not give any link for appointments. I called and got automated system that just kept asking me to press a number and I did only to have it say it was having trouble. It sent me to a message saying sorry you are having trouble please text us or go online. WHICH NEITHER CHOICE WORKS. BAD SERVICE.

My first time at the minute clinic. I booked my appointment on the cvs app first and was seen 5 minutes before my appointment time. My copay with my insurance was considered a regular physician $25 versus what I would have had to pay at urgent care $100 with my insurance. My nurse was very professional and took all my vitals and asked me questions about my health and symptoms I was feeling. Tested me for the flu. And sent a prescription to the pharmacy that was filled within 10 minutes. The pharmacy techs there even helped me out with a coupon to make my medication cheaper. Overall a great experience.

Try not to go to this minute clinic. There are urgent cares in the area that are much better. The PA reads directions, has no ability to think for themself, and the RX list is very small. It'll just mess up you current meds with your ins co.
