If I could give you zero stars, I would. I'm currently on vacation in Disney (I live in Maryland) and I've been in bed with what I believe to be the flu. I made an appointment at the minute clinic for 6:40 PM. We flew down so we don't have a vehicle, and had to use a lift, which arrived a few minutes late, so I got there at 6:45 PM which I understand is my fault. There were two exam rooms, one of which was open in the provider was inside. As I've never been to a minute clinic, I asked her if I needed to sign in. And she asked what my name was and told me I didn't have an appointment. I showed her my confirmation email and she said sorry you don't have an appointment and shut the door in my face. I sat and waited for the other provider to come out and by that point, it was 7 PM. She also told me I didn't have an appointment and I again showed her my confirmation email and her response was "sometimes if two people book around the same time and the system doesn't have a chance to update it will knock the second person out". I explained that I'm here on vacation, had to pay an Uber to get here, and that that's a system error not an error on my part. I actually started crying because it took everything in me just to get out of bed to get to the CVS. I asked if she could just please do a quick flu test and she said no I have to be out of here by 7:30 and I work in healthcare, so I understand protocols but the fact that they allow double bookings, but don't actually follow through with seeing those patients doesn't seem right to me. I said if you can't do a flu test, could you please just write me a prescription for Tamiflu? To which I was also told no, and she again reiterated how she had to be out by 730 (it was 7:02 at this point). I was literally in tears begging her I said please I just want to feel better and she said I'm sure you do. Would you like me to make you an appointment for tomorrow? And I said no thank you I'm going to make one at a different CVS. The bedside manner was nonexistent, empathy was nonexistent, and compassion was nonexistent. The only thing that was existent was making sure I knew they didn't have time to deal with me nor try to right the wrong of the system double booking. If they know that that's an issue, they need to let tech-support know so it can be fixed. And I honestly wouldn't have been as upset if I got the same answer with a little bit nicer of a demeanor, and wasn't made to feel like I'm a burden. I am very anti-Karen and do not write negative reviews, but working in healthcare myself. This treatment was just horrific and I truly advise everybody to stay away from this minute clinic.

Went to the clinic showing symptoms of a throat infection, only to be told by the doctor that “I’m fine” bc my covid and strep test came back negative. Woke up today even worse with no medication or aid. Horrible service. The nurse was plenty nice and informative — the doctor Im not even sure wanted to be there. I had to argue to be properly checked out after my test results came back, for them to find out my right ear has a blockage from my sinuses failing to drain properly. Such a joke. Currently at an Urgent Care spending even more money bc of this. Dont waste your time.

Please go see a real doctor. I’m here for work. I called my dr and he said he wanted me to be seen because I probably needed steroids. I went through the whole process. It was determined that I had a sinus infection - when I asked for steroids or a shot I was told they “don’t do that”. What? This clinic advertises all sorts of shots. $140 for a useless visit.

I can not say medical professional because these people here are not professional at all. The lady at the clinic is so rude and arrogant and the boy at pharmacy is not helpful either. Disaster!

Medical professional with bad attitude at this location. There is nobody at the clinic except a medical professional, who is playing on her phone. She sees me at the kiosk, trying to make an appointment. Asks me how can she help me with a negative tone. I tell her I’m there because I would like to have my blood pressure checked. She tells me that she cannot just check my blood pressure that she needs a full appointment so I told her that’s what I’m trying to do it to make an appointment on the kiosk. I proceed to tell her that there’s nothing available for another hour and a half on the kiosk, even though there was nobody at the location. She responds with attitude again that it was right m, there’s nothing available for another hour and a half even though there was nobody at the location. I understand that CVS may have its bureaucratic scheduling hurdles, but that information should be explained to patients in a polite and professional manner not with the attitude of negative tone that this person treats patients. This person did not inspire any confidence or trust for me to explain to her any of my medical issues so I left immediately without making an appt.

I’ll never be coming back here. I was 15 minutes past my appointment time due to running behind at work. The lady rolls her eyes and huffs and puffs like it was such an inconvenience.

Thank you so much for such wonderful care. ❤ the doctor on call when I went in was so amazing. She was thorough and caring ❤ above and beyond her job duty. I think her name was Dr. Way. Thank you again and may God bless you!

I was not happy with the nurse practitioner. She was unprofessional, rude and very impatient. She showed absolute lack of sympathy to the minor patient

I went to the minute clinic for A sinus infection. the woman proceeded to tell me that she couldn't prescribe antibiotics for a sinus infection due to the fact that my symptoms have only been severe for 2 days ...but in my certain case I have a tumor on my eye that is lymph node tissue causing sinus infections gets worse. If my symptoms persisted it will literally cut off the circulation to my eye and she refused to prescribe me medicine and then when I proceeded to leave she wouldn't even give me her name. she didn't even try to take my vitals she did nothing the absolute worst patient care I have ever received ever. I went across the street to Walgreens clinic where I was greeted with a lovely woman she took my vitals so I had a fever of 99.5 and she asked me further questions about my symptoms. They had been persisting for two weeks she asked me what my typical patient care would be and then she prescribed me the necessary anabiotic's as well steroids I would recommend going across the street to Walgreens I will never be going back to the CVS ever. I cannot remember what the nurses name was but I can tell you I was there at 5 o'clock on September 11 2019 so I'm sure the company can figure out who that provider was and I hope they get reprimanded.

This CVS was great. It had a huge selection, was clean, and had some Disney souvenirs for a reasonable price. What I liked most about it was the service we received from Cassie at the register. She was very patient with a customer in line before us that could not figure out American currency. Then, due to the line being backed up from her helping the confused customer, she did double duty to get us all through the line quickly. She was nothing but nice the whole time, when most people might have been rude or flustered. CVS is lucky to have an employee like her.

Stopped here for some antacid. The store wasn't busy so the cashier was chatting with the person ahead of me. I found what I needed and waited to pay for a few minutes before their chat was done and then paid and left.
