They literally closed 20 minutes early. We drove to get there before closing and 20 minutes before they closed they had already locked the doors. The two workers working would not open the door. Such a disappointment.

The lady that was in the front making orders was being very disrespectful towards another employee. Made me not want to purchase anything. I asked if he was new he said yes. Also the salsa and pans/ hot area needed a good wipe down and stir. Food wasnt really hot, Queso was fresh because I wouldn't't accept the dried up one off the hot line. I hope this Moes can find better leadership to make a better environment for customers and employees.

This review is for Chelsea, who provided amazing service to me! I was frustrated with Moe's and she did everything in her power to make me a satisfied customer ? I'm so happy with her and she deserves a raise or recognition from the company. Thank you to her manager as well, who is attempting to fix my rewards ?

I wish I had read the other reviews here before placing our order. Not a single meal from our order of 4 dinners was correct. There was the missing salsa, the missing cookies and juice boxes in the kids' meals, the missing pico de gallo in the homewrecker, the incorrect soft tacos when we ordered crispy. This is the first time I've ordered takeout where so many items are completely wrong or left out. In reading the other reviews, it's slightly reassuring that this isn't just happening to us, but it's an indictment against this particular restaurant that they're either so busy that they make these mistakes, or so incompetent.

Took family on Kids Sunday and they did not disappoint. Staff worked with our every request and made my kids day. When we come back through on vacay we will be back!

Welcome to Moe's! Working for Moe's Southwest Grill was my first job (not this location, but still); a blast from the past and exactly as I remember it! Great food and great customer service. Portion size was perfect and we'd happily eat here again!
