Wow !!! I love how sweet all the ladies are up at the front desk!!! So polite and professional !! Witney is a lady who works at the front desk and she is always SO POLITE SO PROFESSIONAL AND SHE IS GREAT AT WHAT SHE DOES!! I see her in there on busy days knocking it out of the park!!! I really love this hotel staff is amazing, rooms are clean and pets are welcome !!! This hotel is a great place to get rest and enjoy your time away from home!!(:

For the most part it is conveniently located. The front desk girls are nice but the GM is a bit miserable. The room had no microwave or refrigerator which was disappointing. The walls are so thin you can hear the guests next door. The rooms are a tad bit small. They have a vending machine and ice machine but it closes at 10pm which was annoying because if you want a snack or drink late at night you will have to walk to 7/11. Overall I think this hotel has potential they just need to meet guests needs more instead of theirs.

I had the pleasure of staying at Motel 6 on Lee Road for approximately three weeks after my stay at Extended Stay, altamonte and maitland was abruptly discontinued after six months. When I arrived at Motel 6 is very late at night because of what Extended Stay did, their staff was very accommodating to get me into a place as I had to work the very next morning, and begin to travel for work. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the property is in the rooms are, my particular room appeared to be newly renovated with new televisions, bedding, and bathroom fixtures. At first, I was a little concerned as I read the reviews, and reviews play a major part in our decision-making , once again, I was pleasantly surprised by Team Orr at Motel 6 general managerMr. Orr, he definitely leads by example. . It’s very hard to find. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody staying in the Orlando area, the area leaves a little to be desired, but rest assured Orange;County Sheriff‘s Department is always around and the management at Motel 6 has security monitors everywhere so your safety is paramount. Thank you very much for allowing me to stay at your property for three weeks. Your former guest in 263.

Front desk, personal with rude attitude,,one of them with alcohol breath,,,there was a female with a daughter and a son living in a car inside the motel parking lot,,they seem not to care about,,,twice the police came to the motel while I was staying at the motel,,there isn't privacy,,,need to be alert,,there's outside people walking around looking for a place to stay,,there is homeless people roaming outside the motel,,disrespectful tenets,,they sit outside to drink alcohol beverages,,is shame,,the place is very clean,,even the dog park,,and the bed was very comfortable,,

I had no issues with checking in and rooms clean neat well maintained. The lady at the office was very friendly and made sure I knew the password for wifi without my needing to ask. Close to a 7/11 with decent late night choices.

I am writing a warning instead of a review and I hope ALL thinking of this place see it. Motel 6 is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am not just talking about the horrible living conditions. Roaches everywhere,no microwaves,kitchen fridge yet they charge ridiculously high rates. I am more so talking about the terrible service. A new manager named James has taken over and he is on a power trip. He is ghetto as he'll bring his kids to work that actually live in a room on site. They run around being loud and ghetto smells like weed all the time. The housekeeping does not do its job. You ask for towels or sheets it a problem and they are allowed to apparently disrespect you all they want but the minute you speak back they wanna kick you out. James walks around ignoring the real problems of the staff meanwhile blaming everyone else for the steady drop ratings. They discriminate and look for reason to kick people out they personally have a problem with . They abuse their power and nothing is done about it. All of the staff are rude loud ,obnoxious and ghetto as hell. The cleanest part of the hotel is the front office. the rooms are falling apart. They go after families that they know have no other options and use intimidation tactic to control the tenants while talking down to to people. Trash is always over flowing smells like weed around the front office and has little get togethers in back door of office. They are all disrespectful and dont want to do there job. They reqlly need to fire everyone and get all nee staff because ever since james got there it has been a joke. Nothing is in order and employees are rude and lazy. Maybe if new staff comes this place might go back up. Majority of the reviews have been negative ones. Oddly enough i feel like the few positive reviews were just him and his staff writing fake reviews to make themselves look good. All the past customers nees to get together andnsign a petition to have all these workers fired cause motel 6 is gonna lose money behind james and his minions. Almodt 100 dollars a night for a dirty hotel with rud3 incompitant staff is not gonna last long.
