The crab ragoo didn't have much creamcheese in it. It tasted more like crab then anything. Orange chicken was dry. Didn't like my meal at all.

Good meal. I had a bento box and it was filling. Poke salad was good too.

I really love the Kung pao chicken - great taste and a large portion. I do prefer the chicken to be more crisp similar to what I find at their sister restaurant: P F Chang's.

Pros: I want to like this place, but I can't. Cons: This is not a fresh kitchen, the portions are small, and the price point is a bit high for the quality and quantity of food. Sushi and Bento Boxes are a mistake, just don't do it. People: Fair Process: Fair Product: Poor Quality: Poor Quantity: Poor Value: Fair Cleanliness: Good Ambience: Good Timing: Fair Attention To Detail: Awful

Service was very slow - we waited 30 minutes for two small salads. Preference is given to call in orders while walk in wait. Food was good but items are not consistent on visits. This is usually a great chain, disappointed today

This was indeed another great Asian dining experience at this Pei Wei. The food was very tasty and delicious; and the portions were plentiful. The food was freshly prepared, served piping hot, and thoroughly enjoyed. We ordered the Spicy General TSO's with Chicken and Noodles - outstanding!!! We so enjoyed our selection that we also purchased a second General TSO's with Chicken and Noodles meal "to go", which we took to another family member who also thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We shall return again soon.

This is the first time my wife and I have been to this restaurant and I must say it wasn't a good experience. It took 30 minutes just to get my wife's single dish. When it did arrive it was covered in peanuts, like an unusual amount of them. Also it was overly spicy. I give it a 2 only because the staff was nice and apologized. We won't be coming back to this restaurant

Chinese food has been a 'staple' of American fast food, but Pei Wei seems to have gotten it right with fresh ingredients, great portions and delicious flavor combos?

I didn't know what I wanted to eat after a long day. So I stopped at this restaurant. I ordered the orange shrimp with fried rice at 7:56 PM I did not get my food until 8:24 PM. Customers who ordered after me were eating and were done well before I got my food. Not to mention the girl in the front had absolutely poor I mean poor customer service I did not like her at all. Being that I used to be a restaurant manager I would have been gotten rid of her with her disgusting attitude. When I finally got my food there was no apology no nothing from her she just gave me my food and turned around and proceeded to do what she was doing. That was my very first time eating there and sad to say that is my last time eating there. On a good note the food is actually good but it should be because I had to wait 30 minutes for it never again will I return to that location. Pei Wei please hire better people.

This pad Thai was so bland my wife had to add her own cilantro for flavor. Same with the side of brown rice. So disappointing.

Really good Asian food, better than Panda Express and wine served

I have come here for the second time in a month and Marta who works the register and waits tables is probably the nicest most attentive person I have met at a counter service establishment! My boyfriend and I are very happy to see her when we walk in. The food is good and the ambiance is relaxed. A very good experience if your just looking to grab lunch and chill out.

Always good. Very clean but slightly understaffed. The food is very typical but I love the addition of the bento box. I do wish the pot stickers for the bento box were a bit bigger since it's a half portion of the entree. The cauliflower rice is a really good substitute to rice if you're avoiding carbs. Overall it's a good experience for a quick stop after work.

Requested more shrimp in the build your own bowl because the portion size was very small. Offered to pay extra for it but instead i was given more thanks to the manager. The cashiers were so nice.
