Publix is Florida's leading supermarket and it is easy to see why. Great customer service, good BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their Publix subs, affectionately known as Pub Subs.This location follows the corporate focus on those three above reasons to shop at Publix and more.I strongly recommend here.

If I could give no stars I would! This place is awful! Their customer service sucks and from speaking to the manager I can see why. I will be calling in my experience from tonight. If your miserable with your life please stay home and don't ruin other people's joy with your rudeness. Not saying customers are always right but if I'm addressing something that has to do with your store as a manager you should learn to handle people politely like I addressed you. That is all.

bad attitude and liars with my medicines for pain and blood pressure, tell me it will be ready for tomorrow after 2pm in the afternoon and when I arrive they tell me that it is not ready until in 2 more days they did not have the delicacy to call me and tell me that I was not going to be ready I am very disappointed I have to endure my pain for 2 more days

Every time I come into publix there is never anything on this hot bar. The customer service is awful and employees always standing around having conversations.

I love this Publix Pharmacy! Izzy, the Pharmacy tech is so friendly and helpful and greets most of her customers by name. She always has a smile! The Pharmacists are really helpful also. Thank you for employing such genuinely caring people!

Hello.... Publix? Yeah, it's me, over here waving my hands.... I just wanted to give you a little bit of advice. When a CUSTOMER (Yes, Customer... see that word? Now go Look it up.) When a Customer, stands at your deli counter and WAITS, AND WAITS, AND WAITS.... and there are "Employees" standing in the back, doing NOTHING AND NOTHING AND NOTHING....... and the CUSTOMER, shakes their head in disgust and walks away..... CHANCES ARE.... YES, CHANCES ARE..... THAT CUSTOMER IS NOT, AND I REPEAT... IS.... NOT.... HAPPY! IS NOT HAPPY! READ THAT AGAIN! I know that was really complicated, but Please TRY to understand it. I'm writing as slow as I can, just to make it easier for you. The "Manager" of this deli, needs to be out there noticing what their "employees" are doing.... or, in this case, NOT DOING! If the manager can't do his/her job, then Publix needs to get a manager that can. I have walked away from this deli on more than one occasion, just because I can't get any service.... Heck, I can't even get acknowledgment that I even exist.... But surely, I must exist, since I am writing this letter.... right? I know that putting the customer last, and treating them like Crap is the "Modern Way" of doing things.... But, I grew up in a world where the customer was put first... and treated like they were valuable, like their patronage meant something..... So... I GET REALLY UPSET... when I am treated the "Modern Way"!!! So, Publix, Heads Up, If you want my money, you had better do a MUCH BETTER JOB, of taking care of your customers! I'm sick and tired of coming in your store, ending up regretting that choice, and wishing that I had gone somewhere else to start with. In the past, you have had GREAT employees at this deli, (I even nominated several for Employee of the Month).... what happened? Do you just train the really promising employees and then move them on to better stores? Never mind, I don't want an explanation.... I just want results. I just want to be treated.... Like....I....Exist.... Like....I....Matter!

Me and my family have always bought there ( 2300 S. Chickasaw Trail)and the people there are great but on 06/20/2019 at 18:31 the person that was helping me at the cashier (Lesley M.) didn't give me a good experience on that day. This is what happened it was a normal day of me going to Publix and buying the things we need at home once I was done I went to the cashier where Lesley M. was then I tell Lesley that I'd prefer if she put my things in paper bags, all of a sudden Lesley M. starts getting mad and starts throwing our food in the bags like if it was trash which really bothered me because there's no reason to get mad because someone decided to help the environment by using recyclable bags.

IF YOU ARE A PATIENT THAT HAS MEDICARE PART B COVERAGE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY FOR COVERAGE. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY BILL FOR MEDICARE PATIENTS. THEN WHEN THEY DO FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY THEN HAVE YOU PAY FOR THERE BRAND METER SO THEY MAKE A BIGGER RETURN ON THE PRODUCT. PLEASE STAND YOUR GROUND AND DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
