Regions Bank South Chase Branch is very well managed by Antuane.But let me tell you Victoria and Diana handling the walk in desk are exceptional ladies. Worst bank ever. I’m a member here since a year and whenever I visit bank for any kind of work like cash withdrawal, cheque deposits everytime they will reply our policy has been changed and now you have to follow new procedures. I would not prefer anyone to open a bank account with this branch. It would be better to look for any other bank or online bank like discover but at least not regions who never gives a customer service.WORST SERVICE

I want to express my gratitude to Karen Cruz! This is not too often we see that customer service stretches above and beyond. Usually it is simple “ sorry, there is Nothing We Can do”, sadly. Karen truly puts her hart in what she does! I had a problem with ATM, and was about to follow another banker’s advise to step inside the office , but Karen came outside ( it is Florida, noon, almost 100F ), explained the situation, told me about options and gave few advises. The problem was resolved immediately!
