Love the great deals on clothes. They need more cashier's to handle the crowd.

Love this place. Inexpensive name brand clothes.

To start off this store is a hot mess in itself it is very unorganized. Then today I went to the Ross near me and I tried to return some things since my mother and grandmother got these things for me I did not have the receipt but I had the card they paid on. I went up to the register and asked if I could return some things ($150 worth of stuff) they told me they can only return $50 so I said okay that's fine then I'll only put up $50 worth of clothes. They said okay I need to see an ID. I told them I don't have an ID because I'm underage and still in school they said there's nothing we can do for you then. Then I calmly asked to speak to a manager the manager was extremely rude and said the same thing. All of this is a long story short I would not recommend anyone to go to Ross next to Ross there happens to be a rainbow their prices are a lot better and they there clothes are a lot cuter! Ross will no longer get my business.

It has really good prices and a very wide selection of items. They have clothes for the whole family and everyone in between. They also have home items like pots and pans and other decorations. Apart from that they have other sections of toys and electronics, etc. But clothes and shoes are their main focus. The only thing is service is not that good and it's always packed/rushed. Also the store almost always looks ransacked because customers throw stuff everywhere.
