I wish I could give this location NO STARS for the treatment we received today at this location. The two young women supposed to be working, helping guests new to a store instead of laughing/giggling when I asked for a product they didn't carry.MEN SHOP BEAUTY PRODUCTS TOO. It's the 21st century and beauty is for every-1. MANAGEMENT: Definate training your employees to maintain professional assistance is called for.

I ordered online and this store packaged the item which was sent incorrectly. I live an hour away and the girl who packaged my stuff gave me smaller size than I ordered and could care less. She wanted me to pick it up which was an hour away so why can’t they correct their issue and mail it to me? When I expressed my concern she hung up on me. Zero stars

Alexandria "alex" the sales associate is completely rude, lies, and not helpful at all. Spends time talking on the cell phone speaking in spanish. Ask for a manager? keep getting " manager is not here ". Ask for help, gets " I'm not doing it ".What ever happened to good customer service? This location is not busy at all, so why is there no help being provided by this associate? If I could give 0 stars I would. Please be very careful when you come to this location if for some reason you need to return an item. They (she) will claim that" Sallys beauty supply does not give back cash refunds when you return an item or how ever method of payment that was used . She will say that you will just get store credit". This is a COMPLETE lie. & she keeps your receipts.

I wish people would understand customer service goes a long ways when trying to keep people coming. I understand you were restocking your shelf and didn't need any interruption. You didn't have to drop your box all hard and act like I it was the end of the world. It's your job. I didn't hire you to be rude and uninterested in the task at hand, checking us out so we can leave your store happy. . People!!!!!!!!!! We have to do better. Treat people the way you want to be treated. For all of the body language and gestures of you not wanting to be there is uncalled for. Whoever the own of this franchise is need to check their team and focus on customer service.

Staff is rude, don't greet you or look at you when helping. Prefer to talk to one another. Probably shouldn't work in customer service if they lack people skills?

Zero customer service. There was a mislabeled item and they didn't give us the priced and then had us pay for a more expensive item without telling us. Then have attitude. Super unhelpful
