First I want not greeted when I entered which is not typical for Sally’s and they weren’t busy at all. Found the item I was looking for but the woman that rang me up was very rude. I came in the store about 10 minutes before closing (I knew what I wanted so I didn’t intend to stay long) and was advised that they were closing in 4 minutes. Then I read the price wrong and wanted to have them check it and all she said was it’s the right price. Didn’t bother to check it so I had to go back myself to check it and which is fine but very rude how she handled the whole thing. Just very unprofessional and overall I felt rushed and not welcomed at all. Two stars bc they had the item in stock but I feel like they need to train their people in this store some customer service skills.

I went there cause my wife was trying to get some products guidance directly from staff at store instead of purchasing online. The 3 ladies there were rude and not helpful at all. They were texting on their phones and having attitudes probably because it was 15 minutes before the store close. somewhere else!

Lady who could not speak English spoke with a friend for a long time in another language but I did not seem to be noticed. When I approached to make a purchase I think she just wanted to get rid of me. She had my information briefly on the screen and blew right through it. I told her I wanted to check it. She seemed not to want to go back. Finally she pulled it back up and I was able to correct my email. She was not customer focused at all and seemed to be a bit rude.

They said it closes at 8!. It’s 7:05 the lady is inside just scrolling on her phone and with a rude attitude said it was closed. She’s always rude and this time she closed down because she felt like it. Go somewhere else!

This store literally never has anything in stock it’s kind of crazy. Been there a million times when I’m in a pinch and they don’t have anything I need lol hair extensions are extremelyyyyyyy overpriced. Amazon has way better hair and prices. They never have extension clips or extension tape, glue remover, extension thread.. you name it always out. Like they don’t order it??♀️ wish we had a better option in this area. I just spent $16 on 100 microbeads when they sell 1000 on Amazon for 8$ dollars. Why in earth anyone will come here other than sheer convenience and needing some thing ASAP. So over priced it’s insane. 99$ for 18inch - 1 pack of 20pc tape ins?? Amazon has better quality for half the price literally 45$. Whoever is pricing this place im has lost their mind

Best and worst experience in the same store! My 5 stars goes only because of a wonderful employee named Javier who is extremely helpful, polite, helpful and very attentive, very lovely person! He took great care of me both on the phone and in person! Unfortunately I can't say the same thing about the employee Tania, who in turn was extremely rude and impolite, she didn't want to let me into the store with minutes before closing time, I explained that my order of 3 extantions packages's hair was in hold at the register with the worker Javier, also told her that I drove more than 30 minutes to get there and there were still minutes before the store was supposed to be closed, when she finally unlocked the door she yelled at me to be quick otherwise she was going to throw me out because she wouldn't leave it after 8pm. I've never been treated like that! It was horrible!

I don't come here often because I feel like the selection is too minimal for the extra stop. I was in search of headbands so decided to give it a try. As usual there was only one headband which seems to be the problem anytime I go they only have one of anything I'm looking for but Pink and purple are my favorite color is certifying the pink and purple headband was worth the extra stop. The lady at the counter was very nice. Store was clean and organized.

The gentleman there was very kind and helpful and gave me advice on what to do with my hair. However it sucks that they charge you for paper bags now because the bag definitely ripped once I got to the car and all of my products fell out.

I came a few minutes before close to get one item that I knew exactly what and where it was, they had already locked the door and the girl inside just shook her head at me. I hate when business that aren't big close before their time, makes no sense. Change your hours then!!!

Sally’s do better. Between limited inventory, pricing, and now also charging for plastic bags?! Over $50 spent and you’re gonna charge for a bag to put the items in?!
