My sister and I had the best experience with shopping with our mother at this location. Our mother has alzheimers and Leela helped us tremendously! She was so patient and kind towards our mother and went above and beyond with customer service! ❤️ She deserves a raise! It's not easy dealing with alzheimers behaviors but she took it in stride and we walked out with two new pairs of shoes. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Leela! You are a angel ?.

Comfortable shoes, I have a desk job and these shoes ripped right where the shoes are stitched. Went to the store for assistance and there’s nothing they could do, lady at the counter said I got my money’s worth and tried to tell me how to take care of the leather, it wasn’t the leather, it was the stitching/sowing job. Wouldn’t offer a alternative for fixing or discount for another shoe etc... no people skill. Very disappointed
