This is the worst experience ever. Never ever buy a sleep number bed. We paid $10K for a piece of junk. Sleep number customer service is horrible. It took weeks to just get through a customer service rep and there are no technicians in the Orlando area at all. Closest technician is in Palm Coast and you have to pay $300 travel cost just for a technician to come out and diagnose the problem. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A SLEEP NUMBER BED.

The Salesman saved the review sleep number gave us an estimate of almost 10k for the bed we wanted. I have a brand new bed thank goodness. We just wanted 2 adjustable sides. I'll stick with 1

This is probably the worst investement I ever made ,we paid in total $8000 for this bed with accesories and this bed is the worst bed I ever slept on, the warranty is garbage, after 2 yrs pump is broken and they want you to pay for it, when they install it they left missing part, if I have to pay for a pump Ill just trash the bed is pure garbage, the app half time doesnt work so you can't control the bed. My advice dont ever buy a sleep number bed.

Matthew was fantastic. We've had a Select Comfort bed for over 24 years and he helped us pick out a new bed to fit our needs. It was very attentive and gave tons of suggestions and asked questions to help us decide on which bed to get. We settled on the I8.All the employees were friendly and welcoming.

SLEEP NUMBER 360® iLE LIMITED EDITION SMART BED I bought this bed almost a year ago. My father was staying with me temporarily at the time so I gave him the new bed. This will come up again in a second. I bought a King Size. I sleep alone. No dogs, no partners (that sleepover), or with me in the bed. My father kept telling me that he felt he was sliding into the middle of the bed. As in, it was creating a valley and he ended up in the middle of the bed with no support. Very uncomfortable. I chalked it up to the bed not being inflated or something else. I didn't contact support within my window of time to return the bed (100 days) as I wasn't sleeping on it and didn't realize the severity of the issue. After my father left in February of 2022, I started to sleep on it and noticed the same thing. I kept sliding into the middle where a valley was being created. I called support and they informed me that the King bed is made of two separate chambers, a left, and a right. In the middle, there is a void, literally nothing where it creates this valley we kept experiencing. They tried to fix it by sending out some straps to pull the two chambers together as well as two more foam pieces for the top of the mattress. That didn't fix it. They then sent out a piece (foam) that goes in the middle of the two chambers that again, did not fix it. In the showroom, the example I was shown was a queen size bed that only had one chamber and didn't have this issue. On a queen, I could sleep in the middle of the bed without the feeling of caving in. I've also been told Sleep number doesn't make a King with only one chamber so this issue I'm having wouldn't happen. I sleep alone, so I tend to sleep right in the middle of the bed. I don't necessarily pick a side. If you're buying a King bed and sleeping alone (at any moment), BUYER BEWARE. There are two chambers and these beds are not made for one person to sleep alone. You will end up in the middle of the bed, where mind you, there isn't a place for the reading/calculating of the Sleep number to be accurate. Since in the middle, there isn't any support or inflation section there. Now, I'm out of my 100-day return window, all of the items they've tried to send me to fix this issue do not work. A $6K bed that doesn't feel comfortable. This was a bad decision and purchase. I wish the salesman had explained the two separate chambers of the King bed and how that centerpiece is non-existent, has no support, and is a flaw (ultimately). I'm now stuck now with a bed I'm not sleeping comfortably. I'm a disabled Vet with major back issues. I bought this bed with a promise from the salesman that this would help tremendously with my sleep and back pain. DO NOT BUY THIS BED! Also, their site doesn't allow me to leave a bad review. That's why I came here to Yelp & Google. I keep getting an error when trying to submit my review.

Went in the Orlando-Millenia store and had the best experience with a great sales person. Her name is Nikki Bickerstaff, I felt like I've known her for ever.Needless to say I bought a mattress lol.
