Commission driven, so it’s not easy to get support for issues when you’re not trying to spend a grand on a new phone. They seem nice... but when the employee:customer ratio is 2:1 I expect some level of effective service from someone.
Sprint is Not the best phone company but the workers there are super awesome and very helpful. They can make you the company even when you know you shouldn't. I have been with sprint for 9 years, so I know.
I upgraded my phone not too long ago, and after specifically telling the rep. that I didn't want two features she had spoken to me about, she added them to my account regardless.
