On this particular trip it was great, my wait time was short but my service was superior. The technicians were awesome and the advisor was spot on.

Only my second time here but not impressed the wait time is beyond acceptable. the lack of even acknowledging the existence of customers is seriously lacking, still waiting for 35 min now and was 3rd on the wait list.....still 3rd... I just want to pick up my phone from repair, nothing more, feel like I'm at the DMV

Very unprofessional! Just plain bad towards people. while I was sitting at the front desk two of the sprint workers were making fun of a costumer.
