BAD SERVICE. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. I PICKED A PHONE AT THE STORE, GET OUT OF THE STORE WITH THE PHONE AND TWO HOURS LATER THEY CANCEL MY SERVICES CUZ I NEVER PICKUP A PHONE. THEN TO REACTIVATE I HAVE TO PAY $700 SOMETHING. AND THEY TALK TO ME LIKE IS MY FOULD. NO GOOD, IDONT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.

I’ve been coming to this store for about a year now since I started at UCF and I have to say it’s the best store I’ve ever been to. The manger there Thomas was so helpful and has always made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this store to everyone in the area.

Tristan helped me out so much at this store. I came in with the intent to leave Sprint, and he completely fixed my bill. i was so grateful, i added 5 additional lines to my account! He is definitely the guy to buy from! He gave me great deals that i couldnt find anywhere else.

I had to pay cash only because Im waiting on my new cc to come. The woman said up to four hours, ok fine. After four hours still no service called Sprint cs and they stated no payment ever made. I will be writing Sprint on this store. I almost want to say this was done on purpose by the shady staff.
