I came here for a gaming chair. Saw a particular one on sale in store. Asked a cashier if they had one disasembled and within minutes, I bought the chair I wanted along with a coupon that came from the Staples app that the cashier helped me out with, since that's how the sale worked. Both cashiers offered to take it to my car. Initially I said no but gave in and the young male put it on my back seat and wished me a "Good luck on my gaming adventures." 10/10 experience.

Not ever coming here.. lady with glasses on the printing service gives always an attitude . And her answers are straight up to everything NO. I u hate ur job go somewhere else

Worst customer service , female representative in the print department has the worst attitude and has zero customer service at all . Went to this location twice and she was unpleasant to work with both times. A waste of time going to this staples multiple times. Try and find another staples if you need something from the print shop.

Put an order in online. Waited 15 mins at the counter before anyone even acknowledged my existence just my product not to be laminated, which was clearly stated on the order. Good thing I didn’t pay ahead of time because I’m just going to end up ordering from somewhere else. Waste of time

Not pleased with the sales clerk at all. I wanted a gamer chair, on sale, they had it there, in fact the box it came in was even out on the floor just to grab and bring to checkout. I asked the salesperson a question and he said you can just buy online and there is no shipping cost. I figured oh nice, no need to lug this heavy box to my car, in my car, then out and inside, just order online. Deceptive salesperson doesnt mention there is a $13 "handling" fee for buying online and getting it shipped. For goodness sake, you guys are really going to call it something else and then lie to customers? Nice, Ill go a bit further to go to Office Depot next time.

“Happy” Returns has a terrible customer service representative, Natalie. Lacks professionalism. Will not use this location again, not for drop off nor for Staples shopping.

Ordered labels they put the first and last name together. Make sure you look over the what you ordered because this wasted my time. Needed to go back and get it fixed. It’s so annoying when you are trying to get your own task done for your business.

Purchased a printer here the other day. I needed some assistance choosing which one rene the trch was awesome(and still is)... I would have spent a couple more $100 today on a laptop or chromebook but when I walked in no one said hello no 1 made eye contact I walked around aimlessly looking at the laptops for 5 to 10 minutes looks like I needed help.... And no one better than I no 1 better than I when I left the store no 1 said goodbye or thank you. You are missing out on sales

The store itself has seen better days. It needs some updating. The salesman was on it and right there with us when we were looking at chairs. The selection on items seems limited but I found some office items on sale, so I'm happy. If we ended up buying a chair from there, for a charge, they would assemble it. We decided on not buying an office chair. There was only one other customer in the store so there was no problem finding someone to assist customers.

There is a nicer way to approach Customers if you “assume” they are stealing. Don’t yell across the building saying “I WOULDN'T DO THAT IF I WERE YOU”Instead, ask if they need any assistance today which I did. I needed help looking for notebooks, not looking around if there were cameras.Being friendly and helpful to customers lower stolen products, also keep loyal customers ?

I am very disappointed with the service in this store. I ordered business card this morning and Arrived like 10min before they closed and they didn't want to help me print them when the website promised to have it done by 7:30pm and I arrived 7:50 and they just had the samples printed. They make whatever excuse the could to don't print the cards, I had to purchase some paper in Walmart and print them by myself, it didn't took me more than 10min and I don't work doing this. I hope you guys can improve your service and understand the customer is important even though you could be tired you don't know when you can save someone's life.
