Drive thru service is S-L-O-W. Come for my hour lunch break and here 40 mins and still haven’t moved. Called inside to ask and get the run around. If the person can’t figure out how to use drive thru, ask them to go inside. Going to change locations, 26 cars here and I can’t get out to come back. SMH.
I have been banking here for over 15 years and I use to love. The past 2 years it has completely gone down hill. Lines are always long and customer service is horrible.
