Pretty good.....no problems so far.....deposited my mother's estate check and so far ....Ive been able to withdraw what I want.....no issues so far but with this banking crisis....??????

I've been a Suntrust client for over 15 years. Tried to check my account, oops can't get in. Try to call customer service #. Stayed on hold for over 45 minutes on day one, no answer. Try again, day 2 55 min hold, no answer. Day 3 1/20/21 on hold 48 minutes no answer. Called local branches in the area. NOT ONE ANSWERED THEIR PHONE. Called Truist, they can't help as it's all still in Suntrust system and they can't access. Gave me phone number for Memphis branch maybe they will answer?? NOPE.Called Georgia Sunstrust Headquarters...NO ANSWER. Finally got an answer at the Orlando Regional Offices. Ooops, can't help you, you'll need to use automated system, explained system not answering, nor are any of the branches I called, Memphis, Georgia, Florida so what is going on? Are they closed? No, they just aren't answering, she can't access any accounts. So, the only person answering their phone is one who can't do anything. Wonderful. Obviously the customer service line IS NON EXISTENT. Obviously, whatever crew left in the Suntrust branches are not doing their jobs. I'm out of state and woe betide the bank manager I finally speak to if I have to drive 2 hours, take a 3 hour flight, get a hotel and rental car to access a branch with a human who elects to still do their job. This is highly suspicious and I strongly encourage Truist to do an investigation into these units. If I thought Suntrust had the ability, staff, or desire to contact me I would leave my name and number.Called Georgia home office of Suntrust...no answer. So, what is going on? Just did a further check and all the Tennessee branches are showing "opening soon" @ 9am. It's 9:56 and we're in the same time zone. If I don't succeed today I will contact the Federal Banking Commission for advice and hopefully assistance.

Parking here is horrible! Couldn’t even use the atm over the weekends coz the guards and valet are so rude. They’ve blocked the parking spot for designated bankers. No where to park!!!
