Worst location of all the bad ones in Orlando. The business manager is never on site. You try to make an appointment and she is booked (supposedly) untilJanuary. They never know what is going on with accounts, no one is authorized/trained to attend business accounts. Just a bad bank to do business with!

Horrible customer service when it comes to banking, they do not handle things professionally and give people a hard time especially people who are special needs or need special accommodations. I recommend going to another branch, or switching banks entirely.

I have had a Small Business Account at this location for the past 4 years. On June 31,2023 I purchased a cashiers check at this location to pay for my rent, once I turn in the payment to my apartment complex office they informed me that the check was lost and advise me to contact my bank immediately. I went to this location and I was told that I needed to wait for 90 days in order to get my funds back. I told the bank that my landlord was not going to wait 90 days so I could pay that months rent. The bank (Mrs Rosemary) told me that I would need to wait at least 30 days to see if the bank could make an exception and reimburse me for the cashier check lost. I return 30 days later with a letter from my landlord stating that I needed to pay the rent including the prior month (cashier check lost) in 3 days if not I would be evicted. The Manager Rosemary said she would escalate the issue, not to worry that they would have a resolution for me and that I would not be evicted that Truist was not going to allow that. After the three days which I could not sleep being a single Dad to a 9 year old son, kept thinking what I'm I going to do. When I went back to the bank the Manager Rosemary informed me that unfortunately the bank had not approved the exception of replacing or reimbursement of my funds from the lost cashier check which they had verified that it had not been negotiated. I was told sorry, I hope you can find a solution for this issue of not getting evicted. Truist is the Worst Bank I have ever dealt with. Please if you have a small business, Do Not choose Truist as your bank. Truist has zero empathy for life events even when they have all the tools to assist you.I have filled a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General. How can a bank who has my money in their cashier check account verify that the check was never presented to be negotiated refuse to refund or replace the cashier check.The main reason is that since I'm a small business who doesn't have high balances, they don't value you as a customer. The staff at the banking center is friendly, always have the willingness to help, yet the banks upper management from Regional Management and above could not care less about their customers. Once this issue is resolved which will be on October 28,2023 I will be closing my account and I will let every Business Owner I know about my experience. I will Never recommend Truist to anyone I come across. Truist is The Worst Bank I have ever dealt with. I truly hope that all business customers take their relationships elsewhere.

Soooo glad I don't Bank here!!! My mom sent me to deposit some cash in her account as she's having heart surgery in the morning and the teller said , "who is this for? No we need her ID" sent tube back to me without allowing me to explain. Has had account over 20 years.. trash service DO NOT BANK HERE STRAIGHT GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This bank it’s very un-TRUIST-fully in other words you can't trust this bank even on a friday afternoon to get your money because it turns out to be closed for unknown reasons and by the way the website don’t alert you about it

Pros: one of the tellers saw that I was looking around and needed help and she waved at me to come to her at the window inside the bank. She asked if I needed help and when I explained my situation she was very helpful and quick. I was very happy with her customer service her name was Francis.Cons: No one was at the entrance greeting the customers, I felt lost when I entered as there was no one around. There were other customers sitting in a waiting area and I asked one customer if there is a sign in sheet and she said no, they just come around and ask who is next? I waited a few minutes and someone did come around and asked and when I answered he said ok you'll have to wait since there are other people with appointments. He did not seem personable or friendly. They need a sign in sheet so that everyone who doesn't have an appointment can be seen in a more organized manner

Never had any issues with Truist but why would this particular branch not put their hours on Google Maps.Why would a multi-billion dollar company cannot organize itself properly. Had to drive 15 minutes to realize it was closed. I also had to fix it too.If you need someone who knows how to market just say so, my company offers this services. But don’t be so irresponsible. Those are my two stars.

Bad customer service, waiting in the lobby for two hours, nobody even offered water.Nobody answers the phone at that branch and nobody returns a call back either. I dont understand why this bank running business.

Absolutely horrible bank. Would not recommend to anyone. Would not do an online international wire transfer. Take money out of this horrible bank.
