I waited 15 minutes in clear view of both employees, only to have the lady behind the desk take the customer that walked in after me. We were the only customers in the store. She completely ignored me to take a different customer. I interjected to ask about stock, and they don’t have the S20 anyway. Terrible experience and they have no concept of what a line is.

I went to the store July 1 / 2020 and I have a great experience from that place the Assistant Manager Vania she helped me and my dad to get the best services I went to buy my new Samsung Galaxy All A21 with my dad he bought the same phone as well and I was very happy and satisfied with the services Certainly I will comeback again and I recommend my friends to buy and that store. Worst TMOBILE STORE ever. Very rude owner of the store, refused to help me and kick me out of the store because I wasn't interrested in buying what he was offering. Dont go to this Store. NOT RECOMMENDED ?

Dont Go to this Shop, The worst tmobile store owner. Kicked me out of the store for not buying Something. I was just there for Tmobile service information update. NOT RECOMMEND! You should treat Customer right. Dont try just to Sell. Anyway everything is overpiced at your store. Thats ridiculous!

Walked in today with my wife to switch from sprint. Had a blast. The only downside was how many people were there but Geramy was able to help us soon as he got done. Came in to get Information and was amazed by the customer service. The rep Guillermo was very helpful and patient. His peers, Tikema and Jeremy were excellent as well. I walked in with my son, and he was all over the place, but nonetheless, the staff were very interactive and attentive. I am recommending all of my friends and family to this T-Mobile! I trust that they will receive the same exceptional service I did. Keep it up !

I love coming to this store. Always a great time with the staff. I was looking to buy an ipad but was a bit bummed out to find out they don't get them in this store. The manager offered to help me with shipping but I didn't want to wait. Came in looking for trevor, he was great last time, but Germany was so friendly that I had to make sure it didn't go unnoticed.
