Please T-Mobile, figure out how to expedite your sales process! There needs to be a fast track for people just buying something. There needs to be a way to order online and pick up at store - currently not available here. I waited 45 minutes just to be seen after I repeatedly told the sales people I just need to buy a phone. They don't need to set it up, I already have a plan, I just need the phone because the one I have no longer works. While I waited, I watched sales reps teaching people how to use their phones, and I watched sales reps just sitting there with customers doing nothing - presumably waiting for something on their tablet to process. I don't understand why it takes so long with each customer. Once they finally got to me, my sale took 15 minutes, which was still longer than it needed to be. The sales rep never apologized for the wait or thanked me. I wasn't the nicest customer but it's their job to deal with that.

Herrick V was awesome at helping me port my mother’s number from another company, even though she’s in PR and we are in Orlando. He explained the process and took care of getting the process started. Then Keith finalized it while doing FaceTime with my mother. What a great team at this store! Highly recommend it!!!

I came before some people but they don’t care about who comes first. Representatives were taking care of customers that came after. Be prepared to wait long time before is your turn

Came to do a Jump. Got to the store at 640 pm. Kam has the phone and advises he is almost done with the other Customer. Waited an hour, then comes and says if I have a Google account cause he is not able to do the transfer. Other Salespeople available, but I guess he wanted to hug the sale. Ended up leaving. Worst service ever for a Customer over 11 years.

Came in to the store to get three screen protectors replaced. They asked us what year and we told them iPhone 13 and they said we don’t carry those in the store anymore because we are on iPhone 2015. You have to call and order them.I looked it up online the next day and it shows those screen protectors are in stock at that location so they lied straight to our face.

Went into this T-Mobile store today and was helped by Keith. He was letting us know that he would be back and forth while helping us and making sure his co workers get phones because he is one of the team leads. He worked very thoroughly explaining promotions and advising us bout changes he would have to make to our account. Great job Keith. Thank you for your patience with us.

I went into the store back in April 2023 to add my daughter to my account. My plan was changed from a two-line account to a four-line account when I only needed three lines. I was told by the sales associate that the four-line plan was less expensive than that of the three line. In addition, the original monthly quote I was given is nowhere near what I have been getting billed monthly. I have been to the store more than 7 times to get my account corrected and I have just been ridiculously bounced around. I finally was able to get a hold of Chase, the Store Manager. It took Chase two months (and several calls from my end) to review my bill. He applied a one-time credit and never detailed the breakdown of the credit. The credit issued does not suffice my overcharges. I have patiently and kindly asked Chase over 5 times to please forward an outline of what my overages have been, detail my credits, and detail what my new billing charges should be. In addition to having a nightmare of a billing issue, I also have a phone issue. I purchased a brand new Samsung phone the day I added a new line. I noticed when I got home that the brand-new phone had a hairline corner Crack. I should've received another new phone however, I was offered a $250 repair credit since I had purchased a liquid glass protector. The best part is, an actual screen repair is $350 and I have yet to receive this credit. I am beyond exhausted. The lack of respect and customer service is beyond words. I have currently sent Chase 6 messages to which he hasn't responded. I no longer have the time or patience. It's been 8 long months. At this point, I should have a brand new phone replacement and a correct bill. I've been a long-time customer and this is simply pathetic. I would like for corporate to respond accordingly.Thank you.Please note: I have all documentation of conversations and text.

They scammed me after being their customer for 9 years!I went to the store to add one friend to the family plan. As we were about to leave, the sale rep gave us an extra sim card. I asked what that was for and that I never asked for another line. He told me that this is a free line that is a part of the plan and I have no choice but to take it.Now the head of the family plan has informed me that the sim card was not free and I have to pay for extra charges. I also found out that I had no obligation to take that extra line.I have been their customer for 9 years and took many friends over there for phones and lines. I really wonder if scamming me for the extra commission was worth losing my business.
