"The food was not prepared with care. Thrown together like slop, the line was about 6 cars deep and it took about 20 minutes. The worker at the window however was very nice!"

"They messed up but recovered!
Hit the drive thru yesterday and they didn’t put an item in my bag that I paid for. Sadly didn’t notice until I was home. Immediately called and they said we could come back today to get the item. Today we were greeted by the manager, Tasha, who went above and beyond in apologizing and making things right. All food we ordered today, along with our one item from yesterday was spot on and tasty. Mistakes happen but how you respond to that mistake is what matters and Tasha and crew nailed it on this occasion."

"Sunday went thru the drive thru and had to wait 10 min as computers were down and could not order. Next day I went inside and was not oriented properly paid more than wanted. Felt like they just wanted me to order and move on, and I was alone in line! I suggest more Customer oriented service. You are selling to us, remember? We customers have many options..so please polish your sales and customer service skills if you want me back.overpriced."

"Live down the street and have been here more times than I can count. Service is horrible. Customer service is cold shouldered and rude. Takes forever to get food. When you do get it, it’s cold and the order is wrong. Multiple times my wife can run next door to Popeyes get her food and come back before I get mine. Would NOT recommend. 👎🏻"
