We had a great experience shopping today. Every employee we met was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and we found everything we went there for and even bought a tv on clearance that was extremely low priced. The price was too good to pass up! We will gladly go back to this store soon!

I'm never ordering gifts from target online again. You would think my order would come with a gift receipt. No I have to go out of my way to a nearest print shop to print them because I don't have a printer. Why else would I order them online? Expect less. Pay more..

Alexander at the Electronics Department, very professional both over the phone and in person. Rosario from the Grocery Department also very attentive and professional, very accessible person as well and the store manager Leo, was called by Rosario as per my request and didn’t even took 5 minutes to get to me. Overall I just wanted to tell him about the great experience I had at his location and the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE TO CUSTOMERS, A++++++++ KEEP IT UP GUYS!!! I go here regularly its convenient for me on the way home from work. Yesterday I was having that kind of day where you just want to get in and out quickly. Well thanks to a cashier that saw that the another line opening would help!! Great customer service, she was so friendly also!!! Thank you for making my experience a good one!!!!

It seems that the Target website is not up-to-date about what’s in-stock. I went out of my way to go to this target because online it said they had multiple brands and styles of reusable swim diapers in-stock. I couldn’t find them anywhere so a staff member checked her device and said that they were actually out-of-stock. She looked at my phone and confirmed that I did the search properly; she couldn’t explain why the website was displaying incorrect information.

Unbelievable that's all I can say some women named marti did not seem excited to greet us. She seemed almost unconcerned that it was our first baby registry. We never got our baby welcome goodie bag or directions about where to go from the customer desk, we had to ask another employee after being left unattended for some time. If you are not happy about your job keep it in your head not on your face. God bless target on to "buy buy baby"again.

The staff here are too busy with other tasks to be bothered to assist guests. We asked an associate for help and we were told we'd have to wait several minutes. Fifteen minutes past and the associate did not return. Asking other associates yielded the same results. They apparently I value other assigned tasks over customer assistance.

Worst customer service I have ever recieved. I wanted to check the inventory on an item that looked out of stock, so I asked a team member to finish what he was already doing first and then help me when he can. I wait 15 mins and he completely forgets about me, walks to the other side of the store infact.

I get having a grumpy day as an employee and going home to bad mouth customers. But come on, talking bad about customers in front of customers... mmm.... Not how I imagine customer experience goals for Target are.

Used to be our favorite store. Even with other choices closer, we went to this location. But they have switched over to self checkout. We have been going here less as a result, and while we used to be able to have them check us out in a lane or at Customer Service, tonight we were forced to use self checkout even though the transaction could not be completed without assistance anyhow. I'd hate to think that we would stop going here after years of good experiences, but one more like tonight and we're done.

I love Target but this location desperately needs to schedule some more cashiers. I go in here almost weekly and there is almost never a sufficient number of checkout lines open. Today there was actually NO cashiers open and everyone had to do self-checkout which sucks.

Poor customer experience today- The Target on Sand Lake only has self service check out lanes open. Too many items for me to scan on my own...I left several items and left the store.

I don't know how this target location is still in existence. I've been here a few times and have never been impressed. The last visit was so bad that I felt the need to leave a review. I went to return something that was purchased at a different target store earlier in the week. I was in the Florida mall area so this target was the closest one. I waited in line at customer service for nearly 20 minutes only for them to tell me they cannot accept my return. The item was not opened and was something from my gift registry. The return bar code wasn't working, although the item was clearly listed as purchased on the registry. They had me leave the line to print my registry from their tablet, as ud it would somehow be different. It's the same bar code I had on my phone in the registry app. Very frustrating. So then I had to wait in line again, only to be told the same thing. They called a manager up to the front to help me, but told me the same thing would happen no matter who is there. Sure enough, the bar code didn't work again. I showed them on the registry the exact same item and they still refused to do the return. The manager's name is Michael and he was so rude. I believe I was lied to because he claimed the barcode wasn't working since it is an item that has been discontinued or clearanced out. I showed him on the target website that it is still full price and it even was showing which isle I could find the item in that store!! He couldn't give me a legitimate answer. It felt as if they were trying to push me along just to get me out of there. So he gave me the phone number for the registry line and another one for target customer care. He was expecting ME to make phone calls to try and clear up THEIR problem. Very poor service. He kept saying there was nothing he could do, but he didn't try to get to the bottom of this issue. It was a complete waste of my time. The next day I went to my regular target store and they were able to do the return with no problem. Michael was obviously lying to me and I'd be willing to bet it's because that store can't afford many returns since they are barely standing. The store needs a physical update and a new manager who is honest and kind.

I've been to this target last night. I was looking for lol dolls for my sister. They are always out of stock and their website shows in stock. I had to drive all the way and I found nothing. But the store is store nice

This Target was the worst I have been in from here to NY. It was trashed & dirty & the employees seemed to care less & just stood around talking or moving in slow motion. The exception was my cashier. He was young polite & acted in a professional manner. He was the only one that was moving the people thru his line in a friendly but speedy manner. The store itself including the bathrooms needed a good cleaning but far worse was the terrible odor when you walked in that seemed to permeate the better part of the store. Will not be back in the near future.

Wow! I have never experienced a target like this. Dirty messy and honestly had a SMELL. 3 checkouts open on a Saturday night and the employees could not care less. They are like zombies. I never knew target could be so bad

I arrived as they were opening and the staff was busy stocking and rearranging items to look fresh . ðŸ˜„ Even I just got off work and every question I asked was answered politely and helpfully...and the customer service clerk as well as the cashier, Rose, were especially helpful.
