Terrible service. Had to wait in line for over 30 minutes just to do a dang deposit. Hire more tellers or something. It should be this hard at all or take this long.

This branch is one of the worst. I th8nk the higher management should definitely look into it. The customer service is so bad. The bankers in here only their benefit and whatever is easy for them. I came with some quarters to deposit which I got from one of my customers in my store. They simply didn't take it saying there are sand on the money. They didn't want to touch it hence they justified the money is not good. If the bank refused to take money then what is the purpose of us banking in there. The same quarters I deposited in next day to Bank of America without any issue.

Rude workers, can’t even deposit money without an issue. This bank never informs their customers of their changes throughout the year. There should not be all these rules for depositing and taking out your own money. Any suggestions for another bank?

It was a terrible service I’ve ever experienced at this location. I have made a deposit to my saving account and few days later found out that the gentleman who works as a bank teller have deposited my money to some strange people’s account. It was unbelievable to have a mistake like this when you are working for the bank. Please be very careful to deposit money to a right account for your customer.

This location has HORRIBLE drive through service.., they don’t tell the people to come into the bank when they have issues with their account., so they sit with them going back & forth.., so your left on the drive through line for LONG period of time just to make Deposit!! NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!!!!!

First thing that will happen when you walk in is the staff will make you sign in with a QR code even when the whole store is empty. It’s pretty Understaffed, not too long of a wait but a bit too long for a Monday afternoon. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one, is because the security was polite & helpful, and there was a young man named Justin who went above and beyond for me and other customers. His energy and help is much needed in an industry like this. Super chill and super smart guy, I wish the best for him

When I always deposit my work checks why does it always take so long to clear and usually most stuff is pending. Why? I've been with td bank for a long time things should go thru right away I feel when it don't go thru right away I feel like my bank don't trust me like something is wrong with my money.

Severely understaffed! One teller to run the lobby and drive thru window . Horrible service. Its funny how there are two agents scheduled to receive new accounts and loan inquiries but yet one employee to service the existing members , we can see where the priorities are. They are really nice when you finally get to talk to someone however it will take forever!!!

Terrible service. Most convenient bank, liars. Waited 15 minutes before someone could even talk to me. All i needed is to cash a check. Moving my business out of this bank. Not convenient whatsoever

I waited a week to add my review. I wanted to be sure I was stating facts. I went into this branch and at first I was under the impression they offer the same quality of customer service as other branches. I was sadly mistaken. I went in to add my spouse to the account. Sounds simple right? It’s been 4 phone calls, one rude wench and a week later…….NOTHING!!!!! The gentleman who assisted us informed me it would take 24-48 hours. It’s a week later and NOTHING. I’ve banked with TD for 5 yrs never an issue until today. As I’m writing this review I’ve been on hold for over 25 minutes. If the request was done or if their was an issue with adding him courtesy and customer service skills would prompt a call to the consumer. NOTHING!!!!!! Now supposedly theirs an email that was sent Blah..blah..blah still nothing done. Looking for an email no one can find to let me know. The 800 customer service reps said nothing was done to update my account. I needed this form to ensure my spouse would continue to get medical coverage. Due to their incompetence coverage is suspended. I am not done. A letter will be sent to corporate.
