Slow, wrong food, was forced to eat my non mediam rare stake with a plastic fork and knife. SAD. Did not feel like Friday, more like a monday. :(

At first I was a bit worried since the reviews were so bad however, to my surprise the restaurant was much better than expected, the staff was friendly, the food was great, and the service was even better! I would give a 100 if I could.

I ordered the Pan Seared Potstickers, French Dip, and Chicken Tenders. The French Dip was on the wrong type of bread because the store was out of the correct type. There was no slaw with the potstickers, and no honey on the chicken tenders. There was also a hair in my ranch, which we expressed to the waitress. My biggest complaint and why I am writing this is because when I was handed my plate of chicken tenders, my hand was burnt. The plate was extremely hot and should NOT have been handed to me. I have never worked as a server and my hands are not used to extremely hot plates. I should have been warned about the heat of the plate but instead I was handed it. Very upsetting. This is not our first time receiving bad service at this location. Will not be coming back.

It's a shame to see TGIFRIDAYS closing over the years. Yes, new trends may be partially to blame (Millennials), but this location's lack of customers is most likely due to the poor service as well as mixed portion sizes. We went to the Millennium mall location this evening to celebrate our anniversary. The wife mentioned that to the manager and the waitress, both of which congratulated us. First, the good news: the wife's NY Strip steak was very tender and cooked as requested. My salmon fillet was also very tasty. The issue was the serving size of the salmon. It was thick, but only about 1" wide. It is highly unusual for me to comment on my food, but for almost $18, this piece of salmon seemed ridiculously small. The NY Strip was a very good portion for similar cost. When I brought the concern to our waitress, she looked at it, went to computer presumably to verify what was ordered. Then walked away without saying anything. We expected the manager to come by, but she came back and said yes that is the correct size. No further comment before she walked away again. I ate it and did enjoy what there was of it. We were both very surprised the manager never came by to discuss the issue. After dinner, the waitress asked if we wanted anything else. The wife asked if we would get any desert for our anniversary. The waitress replied, yes if you buy something. I usually tip 20-25%, but this was one of the exceptions when I only tipped 10%. The occupancy was very low. 4 at one table and ya two. Maybe a few in bar area. I can't imagine this location lasting much longer without a big change. It's a shame, we have loved TGIFRIDAYS for many years. We have had avg service at best st this location in the past. We will not be frequenting this one again. The Waterford Lakes and near airport locations have always had excellent service. I'm sure the salmon size is the same at all locations, but I will not be getting salmon again at Friday's.

Horrible service .!! Never again going there and are Waite even had the audacity to sit down and strike a conversation and are good wasn't even out yet .!
