On this Friday night, after Thanksgiving I was hoping for some appetizers that could offer dinner without being fuzzy. This is located in a busy area on International Drive in Orlando. One host was busy trying to find seating for a huge party of 16. Meanwhile, smaller parties of 4, 5 and us (2), were told we had to wait about 10 minutes. Here's the thing, there were plenty of smaller tables available and as for us, we asked if we could just take one of the 3 open half booths in the bar area. Mind you, as we sat and observed that these booths were clean and open plus 3 dedicated staff in that area. All of us were told we had to wait. Seeing the inept handling, the party of 5 took their name off the list and went somewhere else. That should have been a clue, but we decided to just wait another few minutes. After that huge party was taken and sat, all of a sudden the rest of us got seated. Poor hosting skills. Bigger groups usually know they need to wait a little bit longer to get them all seated together. Meanwhile with 4 different dining areas, that had several empty spots, the others could have been sat. We did get our booth by the bar and our server Tyler was fantastic. He was attentive, made food and drink suggestions and placed our orders quickly. Unfortunately the chicken quesadilla I got lacked chicken and was real bland. Nothing that I would ever get again. The beer was really good, but I didn't get to eat much, so didn't finish the beer. We have dined at several TGIF sites for many years and found this place was really in need of attention in the front and back in the kitchen.

We tried this restaurant twice - once for take out and once for breakfast. Both times the experience was extremely bad. They did not pick up the phone for take our order and I had to physically go to the restaurant, order and wait for my order to be prepared. The service during breakfast was extremely bad as well.

Visiting Orlando with my BF and we stopped by TGIF for the night. Even though the kitchen was closed, our bartender Vincent was accommodating with our drinks as well as recommending places for us to get food. He was very chill. Made the night really great. The other bartender goes by Swerve. He was cool too. I'd definitely hit up the bar again if I visit Orlando in the future.

Visited TGI Friday's International Drive and had a really great experience at the bar! Andrew was my bartender and was not only helpful suggesting the perfect wine but also great conversation! The manager Andrea checked to see how I was doing and was so sweet and polite! Will be visiting again!

We visited this location at about 10:00 p.m. on Friday night 10/05/18. The waitress was wonderful. She was attentive and friendly. However, when we were seated the table was dirty and we had to ask the hostess to clean it as she proceeded to place our menus right in the very dirty table. The food took almost an hour to arrive and the place was fairly empty. When the food did arrive it was just okay. The fries were cold and appeared to be inconsistently cooked, with some being lightly done and others overdone, as if two batches were mixed. It was clear the place was understaffed. The waitress said somebody had a seizure and it caused things to get backed up. We were visiting this location from out of state and have not experienced an such circumstances at our home locations. I left the waitress a 30% tip because of her professionalism and focus on doing a good job even though the rest of our experience was lousy. It appears from other reviews that the service and food quality issues are very inconsistent. It would be a good idea for management to take a serious look at this. Although I prefer non-chains or higher end chains that are more reliable, there really should be a greater level of consistency at a big chain like TGI Friday.
