Love this place! Tried out Pure Barre & The Bar Method & I prefer The Bar Method hands down! Friendlier staff, better parking, softer flooring (The floor at pure bar scratched up my arms badly) I also think that Pure Barre is more concerned about finances then giving you the best experience. Choose The Bar Method! They are fabulous! I feel like a new person after their workout classes.

I love going to Bar class. I feel stronger, leaner, and more flexible. The instructors get to know all their clients and provide helpful guidance in each class. It took a couple tries to feel confident but after going a few times and getting over that mental barrier, it was easy to get into a rhythm and trust my body’s strength. Making my 50th class made me proud and I can’t wait for my 100th! Anyone who misses ballet or gymnastics from their childhood looking for a great workout should consider giving it a try! I love the Bar Method! I’v been going for a year and a half, and I’v never seen better results. I feel so toned and more positive! It’s so uplifting and motivating. The instructors and the owner are amazing!

I am LOVING this workout. I am about 3 months in and don't think I will be stopping anytime soon. I started because it was too hot to run outside in the summers and have seen such great results and actually look forward to going to class. They have also had really fun events and challenges that are super motivating and help you get to know other people in the classes. It's a little more per month than I would usually pay but so worth it (and it keeps me accountable). This is a great workout to add to a cardio routine. The app to sign up for classes is also fantastic.

I purchased the 2 wk unlimited classes Groupon and I loved the workout. The staff was so welcoming/friendly and the teachers were so encouraging and helpful. I've done pure Barre before but I enjoyed this so much more. Would def recommend this studio!!

I really enjoy attending these classes. I have an arthritis in my knee and the classes help me strengthen my knee and get more flexibility. The instructors really want you to succeed.

The Bar Method at Dr. Phillips is not only a great place to get a workout, but both the clients and instructors are encouraging and friendly. The goal is to sculpt stronger, leaner muscles with increased flexibility but it isn't a competition, it is what is best for YOUR body on any given day. I am a huge fan of The Bar Method at Dr. Phillips and am thankful that they are part of my life!

Positive Community for Strength, Confidence and Growth! It never gets easier so I always feel challenged. If life brings me an injury I can always modify exercises to still keep me in the studio and going strong. Everyone is encouraging and we do frequent challenges in the studio to keep me engaged.

Absolutely love this place! This is my first review on Yelp and I am happy that it is for The Bar Method - DP! I originally started coming here after my mother told me about it. My mother has been a client with The Bar Method for over two years now and always raved to me about the workouts and how they have toned her physique and gave her the famous "dancer's dent" in her booty. Coming from an athletic background, I am always up for a challenge and decided to give it a try! And let me tell you...that first class was both challenging and awesome at the same time! It was love at first plank! I never thought I would be sweating, laughing, and crying on the inside as we did exercises that worked muscles I didn't even know we had. And after a few weeks of attending classes, I really started to see those muscles POPPING! I have been going to The Bar Method for 10 months now and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. It truly is a community of individuals that support each other so we can obtain our goal of living our best lives! (Plus, how awesome is it to say that you can workout with your mom and grandma in the same place! ) Thanks Bar Method for everything you do! Y'all are forever incredible!

The Bar Method workout is effective, safe and sustainable. The instructors truly care about your form while making the workout fun! Perfect for new mothers, busy bees, active agers and anyone in between. The variety of am/pm classes offered can be squeezed into any schedule. The Bar Method workout gives real results while challenging your muscles that aren’t used as often. I can’t forget to mention the friendliness of the instructors/staff. They are always beaming with genuine positivity the moment you walk in to the studio. Give this studio a try! You won’t regret it!

I started Bar Method to firm and tone. I had no idea that not only would that happen, but I would end up sleeping better, feeling better, looking better, but also making amazing friendships. I also wanted to get ready for the first of two weddings back to back as the Mother of the Brides! I was more confident and felt like a million bucks!

I love this class!! It has helped me build muscle that in turn has made my body so much more comfortable and healthy!
