Honestly this is ridiculous, I was here today 12/30/23 around 4;30pm I waited 30 minutes in line because the Cashier's are slow as ever, their machine are malfunctioning, no apologies for waiting so long in line and for whatever reasons each customer they were with they spent 10 minutes ?. It's very frustrating.

They had a signed up said additional 70%off and won’t honor the price. They claimed it’s a wrong sign and store manager is a kid and was rude. Called store owner, owner she said the same thing. What kind of store is this!! A big brand name store and won’t honor what it’s advertised for two kids outfits! Don’t shop here!!

An employee was yelling at another coworker in front of all the customers. Belittling the other employee for answering the phone in the back and she seemed new didnt know what she doing so she asked a question. The employee was like this is why we dont answer the phone in the back. Then rolled her eyes at her. It seemed really unprofessional and not someone that should work there especially if she doesnt train the employee instead yells at her. The employee yelling apologized to me while checking me out but I honestly felt so bad for the other employee who didnt know what she was doing. The one yelling at glasses and the one that seemed new was a bigger gal.

Worst place for children and worst customer service by Nikki the manager and her assistant, we bought a dress for our 4 years daughter after 30-45 min from wearing it the dress got torn from where is the stitches at, she refuse to return it and asked us to go back to Premium outlet branch, really ?? You knew that it’s a manufacture defect, we never have this type of issues with any Dress from Macys, Gymboree, or Carters ....

I love shopping online with this store!!! But my last two experiences at two nearby stores was terrible! For starters I recently visited the one at an outlet near me, and it was a mess, both cashiers barely spoke any English and she ended up leaving one of my item with the censor on there . So I decided to just stick to ordering online and ship it to another store at the Florida Mall. After I received the email stating my order was ready I was told at the store that it wasn't processed yet. Then I wanted them to remove the censor off my item from the previous store and they told me they couldn't, even though I had the receipt and everything I bought from the outlet store. Not to mention the cashier that was helping me refused to give me her name and had a crappy attitude. When I asked the other cashier that was wearing a name tag (Nicole) she told me she had just started and couldn't remember her name. So from now on I will stick with Carter's and Oshkosh B'gosh because when I spend a whole lot money buying clothes for 6 kids I expect to be treated with some type of respect.

The corporate office is the worst. How is it that an order that I made online have not arrived but yet I can’t even get my money back paid $49.00 and they can’t even refund me. Kids are about to start school and my polos have not arrived and they can’t even refund me or give me polos from the store is the same exact polos that they have in the store. They don’t care to lose a customer.
