My review is strictly for the customer service I just received over the phone and not for any repair, I have used these guys in the past and had no issues with them. Unfortunately whoever they have answering the phone currently is going to turn a lot of people off from using them. I called to get an estimate on fixing the screen and lcd on my iPad Pro 12.9 in, Best Buy had just quoted me $799. So the guy answers and I ask if I could get an estimate to fix my iPad and he immediately says, without even letting me finish my sentence, it will be between $100 and $700. I then ask if I can get a more precise estimate based on my iPad model, damage, etc. and he informs me that they don’t do exact estimates bc it could be the screen or the lcd, at this point I cut him off and say told him that it was the screen and the lcd on an iPad Pro 12.9 in. 6th gen. I told him that Best Buy just quoted me $800 and I am trying to figure out if you guys can beat that and by how much, etc. He then abruptly says “yeah we can beat that, bring it in, we can beat that”. This is the first review I’ve written but I was so in awe of how unprofessional he was that I felt like this is what reviews are for. I would rather use my iPad as it is now, frequently and randomly scrolling and clicking on it’s own, as infuriating as that is, then to ever give them my business.

my macbook screen was not working so I took it here. The man I spoke to was short and rude, on his phone the whole time. he said he would get to it within 3 days and on day 4 and 5 i kept calling to see if they had looked at it but they kept saying "we will get to it today or tomorrow" finally on day 5 they called and said the password i gave them did not work. not sure why they would need a password for a screen issue but they just told me to take it back. i tried the password when i hooked it up to another monitor and it worked first try, they just lied and didnt want to deal with my device. took it somewhere else and they fixed it in 3 days.

Excellent service! I went there today for a minor problems with my laptop and they offer me and excellent service; their are very quick and professional. This is my second visit and very good experience in both occasions. I really recommend to everyone. I will keep using their service because their are really very good. Don't straggle with your computer or phone they can help you very quickly and with very reasonable prices.Thanks and congratulations to uBreakiFix team for the good work you do.

I visited family in Florida and unfortunately my phone took a swim. These guys reassured me there was still a way to get my information. After their water cleaning service and dehydration, my phone was working again! Thank you again Allan for your help and excellent customer service.

I got my pixel 7 pro fixed here. They repair many all kinds of electronics. They were very professional. Most screens can be repaired in 2 hours. Highly recommended this place.

Took my phone in for a screen repair and was helped by Allan. He Had great energy and I immediately felt less annoyed by needing a repair and he finished super quickly as well. Shout out to him. Will recommend this store to anybody who needs their services

Over the years this store has proven itself to be honest and reliable. There have been multiple occasions where they could have "fixed" my device and instead showed me a simple (and free!) fix for my issue. I appreciate their honesty and will continue to use their services in the future!

Needed a screen repair that was covered with my phone service insurance, I simply filled out the request online, selected this repair shop to bring it to, and brought it in. The service technician was able to look me up in the system, he knew what was going on, took the phone and told me when I could pick it up. The service went absolutely smooth as possible. Would recommend every time.

I went in to get my laptop fixed as it was not charging. They told me I'd have it back in a week. Long story short: I did not. It took over two weeks. During that time I talked to many different employees on the phone and each one said they were waiting on a different part and we're doing something different to fix it. When I finally was able to pick it up- they said they just cleaned my charging port out? They did not use any of the parts we have been waiting forever for.I'm on a tight budget. When I got my charging capabilities fixed, they noticed my display was broken in one area. The front desk employee enrolled me in Asurion Home+ against my will, just handed me my receipt. Told me to wait 31 days for the plan to activate and then file a claim. The employee told me they would fix it for $100 then. I trusted them as experts and was already enrolled in the plan so I followed their advice. Of course my claim was denied for pre-existing condition due to this establishment documenting my issue in their notes despite being the ones to tell me to file the claim this way. This UbreakIFix just wanted to hit their enrollment quota and steal $50 for the monthly plan from me. I still don't have my laptop fixed AND I'm put money that could put food on our table.RUN FAR RUN FAST. This establishment is run by criminals.

Would absolutely put more stars on here if I could. Alan was beyond helpful and welcoming to not just myself but every customer that walked in. Not to mention Darryl was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I left without any concerns regarding my device. Both of these guys made my experience worry free and pleasant, I highly recommend!

I came in with my boyfriend to help get his phone fixed, we had already tried three places who couldn’t help and these guys really came through. Excellent communication, attitude, and trustworthy service. Allen helped us up front and he was wonderful!

I am appalled by the service here. I brought my MacBook and iPad here and it took them a MONTH to officially diagnose the Mac. I kept getting excuses on top of excuses as to when it'll be done. I'd literally have to make the 20 min drive to the store for an update. Only to find out I needed to replace it. After expressing my extreme dissatisfaction and declining for them to repair my ipad, they tried to redeem themselves by fixing my iPad the same day. With great hesitation, I let them fix it. Literally the next day, the home button slipped and the screen had some black paint. He stated it was transfer and he was going to fix it but when I came back later that day, it had the same screen and a BLACK home button that didn't even work on my WHITE ipad! Ive been waiting for the new screen and home button for over a week now. I dropped it off today and was told it would get done by tonight. Once again, I'm waiting for my ipad because "they got swamped". This store is nothing but an inconvenience and a major headache. Its nothing but excuses and workers who work on their own time, preference and at their convenience, which is sad because their reviews prior to 2023, were soo good. I guess they need better staff. I will NEVER come back here again. Avoid the 11799 East Colonial Orlando FL location at all cost.
