Worst pawn shop i ever been in so unprofessional especially The tall black guy that works there doesn’t do nor know nothing about customer service nor how to work as a pawnbroker like my younger sister can work there and be a better help or pawnbrokers if only i could wright down all the bad reviews that people I know that have been there terrible i really hope they find new staff or just shut that place down because its terrible out of all the pawn shops in that area this one is really the worst.

Chris is a extremely knowledgeable service provider on every electronic in the store and born, and Sebastian is extremely experienced on finding the best deal for every customer's budget. This is the best value pawn in Central Florida. I guarantee it. If you are local or even 2 hours away like me. It is way worth the drive for the type of service and inventory this door has.... I would give them ten stars if I could. This place is wonderful for window shopping and has everything that is top of the line and also affordable. Thank you, value pawn again.

Alba was super sweet and helpful. I was looking for a gift for my fiancé for Christmas, but I was unsure what she would like. Alba asked what my lady liked as far as hobbies and suggested a nice microphone for streaming! I absolutely will come again to look for gifts and such!

Came in to the store because I purchased a PS five from here for a great deal. I had a little bit of an error with it so I called the store and spoke with Chris . He advised me to come in and we could get it settled out. I came into the store. Sebastian was very welcoming and also Chris They address the problem with the PS five help me exchange it for another one both very friendly I’ve been coming to the store for about six years and have always felt welcomed here. I recommend the store to anyone compared to other value pawns I have always had issues with, and people not having knowledge of their inventory. I foremost this store is always the best and always has knowledge will be working there
