I'm shocked they are in business. Rushed through I think because the tech wanted to leave cause she left the moment she was done. Every step that should come with a decent pedi was rushed and barely done, also hurt and ended up with cuts really really sloppy work. The polish is all over my skin. Truly the worst mani pedi ever. Don't waste your money

Coming to this place for over a year. Last vist I got passed around like a hot potato. 3 techs took turn on my manicure. For the last one cut my cuticles till they bled. Not good for business. Simply walked out.Services: Pedicure

They are crookes! Sent my 16 year old there and they tried to charge her an extra $10 for filling the nail a certain shape, not sure if they’re were trying to take advantage because she is young but I will defently not return!!! Awful service I felt like they were trying to take advantage of her!!!!!

Venus Nail and Spa is a neighborhood salon that is clean and friendly. I was there on a Thursday afternoon and while they were busy, they managed to take walk in customers with minimal waiting. Venus Nail & Spa is in the plaza with Publix on one end and Ace Hardware on the other. If you live near by or are just passing by stop in, your nails will thank you.Services: Facial treatments

They are now under new management. The manager that was on today was horrible with customer service. I've been going here for years but ever since it's under new management, the service is even worse. I've followed my nail tech to this business (I've been with her for 15 years). My experience today has me considering moving to a new nail salon. All I asked was clarification on the price (because it keeps increasing) and was told by the manager "she worked on your feet for a hour. She deserves to be paid. I need to protect her and me." I was absolutely offended by her statement. Asking for clarification vs not paying are two different things. And protect from what? A loyal, paying customer? I always tip my nail tech $10. I wouldn't recommend going here anymore. I was treated terribly.

Never going to this place again. I'm so upset to have had to pay what I did. I went in for a Dip and polish change. So I show the guy what design and color I wanted. But he kept pushing for colors that looked nothing like what I showed him. He was trying to be friendly so I just said okay go ahead. I ended up hating this pink. His conversations got weird I looked over at my watch and he says you have an appointment? I said no just a text, he says your husband, I said yes, he sais oh your husband know your boyfriend is texting you? I looked at him and just made an akward smirk and completely stopped talking to him. Put on some music on my headphones and kept quiet. Then he shapes my nails some round some square. Not to mention my cuticles hurt so bad from the many times he burned them with those drilling machines they use. So I ended up with nails I did not like. So I go to get a polish change they rush me to sit and leave me there don't offer to move the chair back a bit I'm uncomfortable because the way my legs were. I went to move the chair with the remote and he kind of made a hand gesture like he was going to smack it. I looked at him and said sorryy legs are uncomfortable and I'm wearing a dress. So he gives me a tiny towel for my legs and keeps on. At this point I honestly can't see what he's doing because of the way I'm sitting. When he finished one foot I look over to see this horrible Pepto pink color that don't match my nails that I just got done at all not even a little. I thought okay it can't be that bad. Wrong. Globs of bright pink unfinished. Left some of the yellow nail color I previously had. Looks like a toddler painted my toenails. At this point I just wanted to run out of there. The first guy that did my nails went got a nail clipper started to clip his toenails which were just landing everywhere and then just put the nail clipper right back in the drawer. Shame on you for charging someone for a bad job. Lucky for them I still gave them a tip. And not because you did a good job but because yes you did provide the service but next time try an make people feel good about what they paid for.

I went to do my mani and pedi on a Friday afternoon, it was regular nail polish, by Saturday afternoon my nail started to chipped, I called nobody answered but didn’t want to bother cause I thought is Saturday they are busy, by Sunday doing stuff at home, regular stuff nothing mopping or anything, I noticed they were worst , I called again , I speak to someone name Lina she says don’t worry we’ll fix, I dont live In Orlando I said, she said come back anytime any day I fix for you, texted her pictures to a # she gave me, I go back in the store WITH PROFF, talked to manager NOPE NO WAY! I have to pay again , so unprofessional, so not caring, my daughter won’t go back either, and all my friends that go there they know not to go back anymore, for $20 you lost so much more, at least regular 6 customers, you do the math!.This is in response to your answer to my review , yes I said I dont live in Orlando when I call that’s why I went 2 weeks after, and this Lina person that I think is actually “Lily” (but she didn’t want to knowledge that) said come any day , anytime , what part of i don’t live in Orlando you didn’t understand? What I wanted was at least a discount for the bad service , Because that was the fair thing to do!!!!but I have money to pay for what I want & I PAYED FOR WHAT I WANTED , , and don’t be a liar because you never said you weren’t going to charge me , since the beginning you refused to help me and still got a service and payed for it , like I said your service sucks!!!! and dont worry me and my friends are going somewhere else to get serviced.

Since moving to Florida last August I've been makingmy way to every salon to find my go-to people inFlorida. I finally found my nail person!! My nails andhands look beautiful and I didn't receive a lecture or dirty looks for picking at my cuticles. The lady who did my nails was friendly and did exactly what I wanted (which was very particular). She went above and beyond making sure my hands looked good. my nails/hands look good, my nails are thin and are perfectly shaped, the girls listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered it, and the salon was clean!!!
