I walked in on 01/30 @ 1020 am. I stood in the doorway and waited for the 2 employees to finish their conversation. The store was empty. They dragged it on so I announced myself and asked for help. The fat one was reluctant to help me and kept. On. Interrupting. Me. I literally could not speak. I went as far as to say "I'm not finished talking" and he kept interrupting me. It was like a nervous tic or something. I did cuss on my way out and I do apologize for that but good God can I get ANY help?

I came in into the Verizon store at about 430 pm stood around until someone decided they wanted to help me then even then I could telll the guy didn’t want to help me whatever it’s fine I’m still here deciding to do business after the inccorrect phone was ordered I return to the store the lazy associate …… who seemed to be the floors supervisor I didn’t ask, he dialed a number for me to call and have them fix the problemAnd walked away vs walking the customer through the necessary steps it takes to get the problem resolved instead of taking action and simply getting things done , Never again will I choose Verizon especially this store #1392701 never again East Colonial store location rich moss is the supervisor. After waiting 15 minutes On the phone the rep I had waiting hung up after being inpatient this is far from what customer service is and how it should be presented. This is far from acceptable get people in a Role of leadership who care about its Pauing customers not sleeveballs who spend time outside on the phone (15 minutes ) while their customers wait inside . Complete utter disrespectful “Employee” let alone supervisor.

Walked in an hour before closing, expected it to be a little busy. Was not acknowledged as I walked in. Walked around looking at things. A few more couples walked in about 10 minutes after I did. One of the associates immediately walked up to them and took their information. I looked over to them as they turned my direction and they looked to me and just turned and went to the back and put the tablet down. I was interested in asking more questions about home internet service but now I have serious doubts since this is how I was treated in their store.

Terrible service and the stores are a complete scam. Do not give your phone trade-in to a Verizon store, they'll take the phone, never mail it back to Verizon corporate and you'll never see the trade-in amount. Even though you give the phone to the Verizon Store, the stores aren't connected to the corporate office. If they take the phone, Verizon won't look at any proof and won't do anything about it even though the fault lies squarely on them. It's actually pretty pathetic.

They let their customers wait hours for a fix but the manager comes out eventually and it takes 10 minutes. Not fair to the employees by not training them properly and not fair to the customer. Very bad service.

Miguel resolved my issues with ease and a smile. Before then i had been so frustrated with Verizon on the phone and text. I decided to go to a store instead and im so glad i did! Thank you Miguel and your team!

The manager her is amazing. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I was having a tough time with technical service. He was able to get everything figured out. He made a very challenging experience pleasant.
