Alex the assistant manager took great care of us. He was very attentive to us and gave us plenty of space to review all the options Verizon has to offer. He stayed late twice for us, the first time was for getting the plans setup and the second time was to get all of our numbers ported to the new devices. The service at this location is excellent. As for Verizon itself, well let’s just say the 5g home WiFi has its setbacks, it works great…when it works.

Poor attitude toward customers. Came in with a security scare and the woman working there said, “even if your account was hacked, there’s no important information on there for anyone to take. Just your address…”Didn’t want to have a polite conversation, didn’t want to listen just took my phone from my hand to “help.” Refused to resolve my concern.

So I walked into the Verizon store at the millennium mall to respond to the promotion to trade any iPhone in for an iPhone 15 a tablet and an I watch and I'm very happy to do so except the staff there wanted to ask me personal questions that had nothing to do with the rate that I was asking about When I didn't answer them, they got indignant. I'm going to another location to see if it's the same there.

The stores has to be the worst store in Orlando, FL. The staff isn't welcoming at all. Rep told me he cannot tell me why my service is having an issue that's not in his job description. After reading the reviews glad to see others are expressing their concerns. It looks like nothing is being done to address the continued unprofessionalism in this store. After 11 years with them, I rather go to a different provide and pay less. This store service is deplorable and unacceptable. The owner is just giving lip service with no real change being deployed.

Emmanuel provided the best service anyone could ask for. He went above and beyond to help me and my wife transfer over to Verizon. He even stayed later than his shift to make sure we made it to the finish line together. He answered all of my questions and resolved my concerns. I was able to trade-in my old phone seamlessly.

The most unprofessional employee ever , I’m currently a business acct at Verizon and I have been having tons of horrible services. I ask the young lady for help due to my issues and this is what she said and I quote!!!!! Sorry I don’t work at the cellphone tower I can’t help you with that , I said it’s there a better plan so I can have better service? She said even if I sell you the top plan your service still be slow because we have to many Verizon customers that moved here after the pandemic… so what your saying Verizon it’s stealing money from us paying customers whether we have the cheap or expensive plan ??? Horrible management

I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for years and never thought I would have to write a negative review on them but here it is. I recently canceled my internet service with Verizon Wireless and wanted to return the internet device back to them. I called Verizon Customer Service (which is in India) to arrange a return kit TWICE because they kept delivering it to the wrong address. After my 3rd call to Verizon India, I was told that I could return the device to a local store. When I did that, I was told that I have to return it to a corporate store so they gave me the address and I attempted to return it there, only for them to tell me that I have to return it to a different location. This has been going on for 3 weeks. STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON. Their customer service is terrible. Noone knows what they are doing there!!

This review is overdue. My family and I visited this location on 12/27/22 to upgrade our cellular telephones, but we weren't prepared for the blatant racism and lack of professionalism.Tristan met us in the vestibule and asked us for our ID's, after we said we were there to do an upgrade. I've been with and visited many Verizon stores in 20+ years, and have never been asked for proof of ID until purchase. Should have walked away at this point, but maybe it's a new protocol? Rather than walk/ask us to join him at a workstation, he continued to conduct business by the entrance door until my spouse said something. That's when he proceeded to walk us to a workstation to finish the transaction.We were all just getting off of work and didn't have the energy to make a formal complaint, so we endured the mistreatment. Never again.Good customer service is becoming a rarity these days. If you're not willing to work with all walks of life, move, or switch jobs so you don't have to.

Staff is very attentive but at the same time they give you your space and aren't hovering over you while you shop. Very enjoyable experience

Courtney, the store manager there was so polite and so helpful. It was really nice to finally go into a Verizon store and get somebody that was honest truthful and helpful. She is amazing I would personally ask from her from here on out. She knows her stuff.
