I visited this location looking into switching service to Verizon. Eventhough I did not make the switch I was attended to in a timely and efficient manner. Daniela and staff were great. I would recommend Daniela and this location if you are searching

The service with Verizon has completely declined over the last year! This provider is extremely expensive and charges fees for everything. I do not recommend Verizon to anyone! I wouldn’t be surprised if they are shut down very soon. Verizon is a huge scam!Also, sure customer service was outsourced! Such an inconvenience to have to sit on the phone for hours just to attempt to resolve an issue only to not have it resolved by people who can not help.****I am writing to update, that Verizon does not care about its long term customers and tech support is terrible! It takes over two hours to receive a resolution! I do not recommend and will never recommend to anyone! I just do not want to inconvenience my family by switching to another carrier!Do not ise Verizon!

Brenda the manager of this location take care of me.I replaced my phone in Tampa and be a week without gmail service. Brenda diligently takes care of my situation. Very professional, excellent customer service and finally after week struggle she find solution to my situation. Excellent ??

For a company as large as Verizon, you'd expect great service. You won't get it though. I've called into customer service for 4 different issues (discounts to be applied to the bill, upgrading a phone, and ultimately leaving them). I went 11 months of no discounts on my plan (there was a promotional deal and I'm a student) because I was told it would apply to my bill next cycle but never did. I simply came in to upgrade a line and was told the best option was to add another line for free and get the phone for free at no additional charge to my monthly bill. Lie. I was charged for that line resulting me in going back to the store to cancel and return the phone and leave. During that visit I was told my last bill if I left will only be whatever usage incurred and ~$160 for the balance of my phone. Fast forward to me moving to a new provider and getting my final bill. I was charged ~$830 for the device buy out that NO ONE told me. Support was no help and said I had to go to the store. 30 minute drive later I was told sorry sometimes we don't see all the details on your account but you'll need to call Billing for that. 1. How do you not see my entire account? You need to to be able to help me. 2. WHY WAS I TOLD I HAD TO GO TO THE STORE!What student has $830 to blow on a phone?Verizon has the absolutely worst support. Don't believe anything they say. Log every person you speak to, day, and time you spoke to them. WORST COMPANY EVER.

My experience was absolutely amazing with the help of Annessa & Kyra! They both made sure that the issue I was dealing with that day was going to resolved no matter how long it took. Both had amazing energy & attitudes towards the situation and I will definitely return to this location from here on out specifically for them.

A new phone was shipped to me, and I needed to trade in my old one, as well as have my info switched to the new one. I was there for 2 hours and the guy barely said any words to me at all. He didn't explain what he was doing or what the process was. After charging my credit card, I had to ask for a receipt because he didn't offer me one. After handing it to me, he just walked away. I asked if we were all done (to the back of his head) and he said, "yep" as he disappeared into the back. No one likes dealing with phone carriers and this guy is the reason why. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Honestly, I'd like a refund for the customer "service" that was provided. So, Verizon responded by NOT offering me a refund. That seems about right. Thanks for making this experience truly uncomfortable.

This store fraudulently added a watch and line to my account which added $64 to my monthly bill. Now I have spent hours on the phone with the Verizon Fraud department to find out they cannot proceed and issue needs to be resolved at the store level. Track the watch people. What on earth!!!But the store doesn’t have a direct phone line! I’m out of town! Another hour later I learn I need to submit a grievance / feedback to help resolve the issue. Seriously - a cell phone company that doesn’t provide a direct phone line to the store merchandise is purchased???? Again, Track/Ping the watch to learn who is in possession and take all charges off of my account!!!!!

I’ve grown up in east Orlando / Waterford lakes area for almost my entire life. I’ve also been in business for several years now and let me tell you… the crew at this Verizon are TOP TIER! From my initial meeting with Dylan to a follow up meeting with Mike. I was treated with the utmost respect by all. Including the manager Juan Pablo who was extremely cordial on the phone. If 10 thousand stars were an option I’d give it. Thank you all
