Masius (I hope I’m spelling that right!) was wonderful! He has such a kind and friendly demeanor, and he explained everything so clearly and answered all of my questions. He also shared his own experiences with the products to help me make the right decisions for me. Best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store!

Customer Service, advised me that if I take my iPhone8 to a local Verizon store, I could pick up the iPhone 14 and they would mail me an envelope to return my iPhone 8...Well, since April, Mid-May I've been going back and forth with CS and Supervisors, I've been a good customer for well over 10 years... What's next...

DO NOT SHOP at Verizon especially this store! Ordered two iPhones for pickup, promised 1 hour pickup. Showed up and they canceled my order because the colors were held for future customers. Contacted Verizon they were dumbfounded as to why they didn't honor it especially since the store claimed they canceled it when it wasn't actually canceled. This is apparently a very common thing according to Reddit. Stores refuse to give out pickup orders because they don't make a $$. Im no longer adding lines, now I'm taking my 4 lines and the 2 I was adding for what feels like almost a decade to ATT all thanks to this store and this experience. The hilarious part is that they straight up claimed I didn't come pick it up. I drove an hr just to get to this store, then an hr to get home. Wasted gas and Toll money. Compete joke. The worst part is that Verizon customer service did nothing about what they did to me and said that they have to go create a new order for pickup somewhere else. I had account issues for months because my account was hacked and had fraudulent orders placed. I had to go through hoops and ladders just to get this one order finalized, just for this crap to happen. Worst part is that the store representative said he couldn't change the color out, couldn't reorder it and told me to call customer service since he already canceled the order when it actually didn't cancel until 3pm the next day. All they did was push me out the door because it was a pickup order. Unfortunately if it doesn't directly make them $$ they couldn't give 2 poops about you. Go look at the Better Business Bureau complaints, go read Verizon on Reddit. This company has gone from being top to a zero.

Javier was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, and customer service-friendly. He could multi-task well and remained calm and kind even though the store was under staffed for the amount of customers needing attention. Thank you, Javier! Very impressive!- Your Fellow New Englanders

After having my galaxy 20+ for a couple years it had finally worn down pretty bad and i needed a new one. Came in with a bit of a wait but honestly it worth it. Everyone was kind, helpful and caring. Masius helped me get a better deal to fit my budget and provided amazing customer service. Definitely coming again when its time to upgrade.

Ask for Masias! He gave great customer service and was knowledgeable enough to walk me through everything. He explain everything I didn’t understand the first time. Gave me unasked for advice about my plan and showed me some ways to save me money on my monthly bill. I was considering leaving Verizon until for another carrier before this! And Verizon if you read this Masias needs a raise!

We stopped tonight on vacation because my father’s phone stopped working. Masius was by far the hardest working Verizon employee I’ve ever met in my life. He was working alone with no fewer than 3 different groups of customers at a time. He was patient, knowledgabe, and he never stopped working. Thanks for everything!

A rock jumped out of the bushes and viciously attacked my phone. Jorge was terrific. He went out of his way to help guide me through the process of transferring my phone's identity to an older model so I could still be effective at work until Apple sorted out a replacement. Once replaced, Jorge again helped me switch back. Everything he recommended worked on the first try. Much obliged.

Masius and Jeff were so so helpful!! Every suggestion they had made the process easier and made the overall experience better. I would recommend (highly!!) going to this location over a regular corporate Verizon store, as they give much more personalized care and take their time with you to make sure you’re happy!

Do yourself a favor and visit this Verizon store and see Jorge....all staff was great but he really took the time and was patient understanding and friendly. It really was a pleasant experience. If you're having any phone issues they'll be straight with you and explain things thoroughly so you can make the best decision for your situation.

Took little long but the manager of the store Javier was very kind. Was disappointed as I was told due to being so patient he would throw in the case and screen protector as part of the phone charge. Led me to think that I wasn't paying extra for them. Never discussed cost with me just showed me what phone cases were available. Was advised that all I was paying was taxes and fees that day. Get my receipt when I am home and I was charged about $130 for the case and screen protector. Not very happy about that.
