I had a disappointing experience with Versace recently. When one of their products broke, the customer service was unhelpful, and the repair system seemed inefficient. It's frustrating when a luxury brand falls short on resolving issues with their items.

Buyer beware!!!! Purchased a wallet a month prior and the color and finish started coming off. Called a store in Florida trying to figure out what my options were. Was told that after 14 days there is no warranty and it goes out to a repair shop and you get billed for the repair on a faulty product. By far the worst high end experience I've ever had. Will never purchase anything from this company again.

The experience was unpleasant. I requested a gift wrap for the item I purchased. The paper was torn apart. I asked to be removed the price tag they did not even checked. Definitely this store can’t provide a high quality standard.

When you go to these kinds of stores you don't just buy a product, you also buy an experience... and when the experience is terrible, whatever is the amount... you are only buying an expensive piece of something that you can get in another store 99% cheaper. Last weekend I went to the outlet to buy a wallet and the saleswoman treated me excellent, very contrary to her manager... the saleswoman gives me a price and when I'm at the register they realize that the wallet is almost $50 more, to my surprise, the saleswoman had already given me a price more than once. Well, the manager was rude, she even raised her voice to me indirectly to the point to even make me feel very uncomfortable... I only bought the wallet with the $50 more because the saleswoman was excellent with me. Dear manager, I don't know if you know but here in the USA there is something called "Honor the Price"

Terrible staff. The whole store looks dirty and dingy with cracked tiles and gunk in crevices and on walls… so gross. Amanda “helped” us but she was unprofessional… I mentioned a skirt I liked and she didn’t offer to help me shop it so I didn’t. We did not feel welcomed in the store. They also gave us a used wrinkly plain black bag instead of a Versace shopping bag. It’s also weird to me you have to go to a back counter to pay… I am used to associates wrapping my item and then taking my payment and bringing everything back to me. This is my least favorite designer and now I know why. I think some agree because this was the only designer store that did not have a line of people waiting to get in now that they limit the amount of people inside. Just a terrible boutique with the staff to match ?

My wife&I went into the store in Orlando. We were fortunate to have GiGi taking care of us! Was helpful, had great suggestions and ideas. Quality merchandise, if you go ask for GiGi to help you. Will not be disappointed.

My fiancé purchased some shoes while we were here on vacation. They ended up not fitting properly. Attempted to return them to our local store in Miami and they sent us back to Orlando. After making a new trip specifically to return the shoes, they were not accepted because the manager was not available…did not understand why it was such a difficult situation. We have been long time customers of this brand, and is the first time we have come across this situation unfortunately
