Don’t waste your time. The quality of the lenses are the cheapest available. Some of the customer service people are treat you like family-family that is pissed off at you. I got yelled at for looking at lenses without their assistance. Never again.

Absolutely horrible experience. Needed two pairs made, a regular pair and sunglasses, nd they screwed them up twice. In addition, after the first visit, they entered my info wrong so i wasnt getting any notifications and had to wait to get them after they were ready. The first screw up was when I went with the progressive lenses but learned they were cut wrong which made things blurry for me. I took them back in for the exchange and went with regular lenses. A week later I went back after getting the notification they were ready. This time they put the wrong lenses in the wrong frames. I was able to get my money back but I have to wait on my benefits to get new glasses again. Horrible experience, won't ever use them again.

I just picked up my new glasses 2wks ago. Never wore b4 this. Used cheaters. Had an issue with them & went back to ask about it & within seconds I was in & out. Problem solved. Saved me couple hundred $. Can't say enough about staff & knowledge handling problems. Wife also has 2 pair from there. Fixed her issues immediately also. Impressive! Hard to find good workers in this day. Glad we found the store in Waterford W of Orlando Fl

I live over 1 hr away. On the day of my exam they called me 2 hrs before appointment stating I don't have insurance. I had to call my insurance again to get the authorization code. Had eye exam no problem. Went to order glasses to be told I had no insurance for glasses. I couldn't get in touch with insurance, left a message. Drove home with no glasses. Got the insurance handled 2 days later. Before driving all the way back I called to make sure the insurance went thru. I was told they can't give me that information over the phone because it violated HIPAA law. I would have to go in person. I wasn't driving an hr each way if the insurance didn't go thru. Had the insurance company call them. Everything was fine. I went and ordered reading glasses and stated I did NOT want the no glare as they were readers. She handed my receipt in an envelope and I went on my way. Got home to find out they charged me $ 90 for the non glare, That I said I didn't want. I called right away and was told they removed the non glare from the order and I would be getting a corporate check. Well I drove all the way back today to pick up the glasses. They put the non glare on them. To remove that it would take 2 weeks. I said no I'm not driving all the way back again. It was a total of 6 hrs of driving. I will NEVER GO BACK to this location. They lost out on a family of 4 and I will never recommend this location. No one seems to know how to do there job, I dealt with 5 different people.

Easy scheduling, helpful and friendly staff both doctor’s and the store’s. The doctor was awesome, i didn’t feel the test was rushed. The store offers a wide variety of frames. I went around on my own to pick the frames I like. I am happy with my experience. Will surely go back again.

I've been to a lot of eye care places and this one is just the best. My doctor and the staff were all just so nice and ready to answer all my questions.

Great experience! Stephanie helped me understand everything that was going on, and had a calm demeanor which helps because I get nervous at doctor's appointments. 10/10 highly recommend!

My husband, a US Navy Veteran, and I just experienced a hostile and most non- professional customer service on the phone. (We are actually on hold right now.) This person displayed poor listening skills, poor communication skills, became hostile and argumentative, talking over a customer who is asking a question (to the point that it took me three times to get the full sentence out, )and showed her lack of basic company policy knowledge, that she needs to be able to help a customer with a question. She stated that she was working by herself and was too busy to focus on our question. We purchased 3 pair of prescription glasses. After 1 week, I returned one pair of mine because they were too heavy and uncomfortable. I gave her an old frame of mine and they added lenses to them for me instead. My husband stopped in to pick them up and asked when we will be reimbursed for the pair that I returned. She told him we won’t get any type of refund. He asked why, but she was too busy to explain. He called her today to find out why again, but she talked in circles. He gave me the phone and asked if I could understand what she was saying. When I said I wanted the $ back for the frames I returned, she stated she hasn’t even looked at our file- so w/o looking at the file, how did she tell my husband we had no refund? After her continuously interrupting the 2 questions I was asking, (I finally had to speak over her while she spiraled into another babbling rant) , and I said, “All we need to know is A- Are we getting a refund? And B- if so, how much because my husband wants to enter it into the expense log.” After I pointed out a couple of facts on the invoice receipt, she agreed to reimburse us for the frames. She now called back to say she needs me to come sign for the reimbursement because strangely, now, my card won’t work. So we are on our way up there now. Not how we wanted to spend my daughters birthday today. We will no longer make purchases here- which includes glasses for myself, my husband and my daughter- they lost sales of 6 pair each time we go for an exam. That loss adds up.

I want to say i had an amazing experience with the care and customer service from the girls at the front desk check in, the technician Christopher, the Doctor Bob Yip! Omg! He was just awesome! With explanations and care! The ladies Aracelis and Ellen! They were also amazing! With helping with picking my glasses and going over what my insurance plan covers getting the rebate! Helping with what is the best affordable way so i can get my glasses so i can see better at work driving and with my daily!

My glasses got broke. I thought I was going to have to pay for another pair. Visionworks was able to fix my glasses and didn’t even charge me. Highly recommend!

Great eye doctor and employees! I have been coming here and seeing Dr. Yip and other doctors for years. This is an office I trust to provide me with the best pair of glasses. Eileen saved the day by helping me with fixing my glasses that accidentally were stepped on by a friend. I arrived right around closing time and they did everything they could to resolve the situation. Eileen was very helpful, understanding, and kind. I walked out with glasses when I thought i would be completely out of luck. Eileen switched out the lenses into another frame. She is very diligent and thorough she tried calling my insurance company so i could buy a new pair of glasses and made sure that i walked out with a smile on my face even with them in the process of closing the store.
