Worst walgreens in area, do not visit this location. The drive to a further location is better than dealing with an unorganized business. This Walgreens sends sensitive personal information through personal emails. There pharmacy staff can access your home, insurance, \\u0026 person phone number. Most Unprofessional establishment I’ve seen in Orlando.

It’s ridiculous how long the pharmacy takes to answer phone calls.

Bri at the pharmacy is totally useless. Doesn't care about her job or the patients. Fire her.

The cashier was very stand offish. She was on her phone the entire time. When I had a hard time using my Apple Pay instead of helping she didn't want to help me and she said well you might have to use another form of payment and when I said all I have is my Apple Pay she got frustrated and said wait and then continued to do stuff on her phone. No eye contact. I will no longer be going to this wal-greens.

Used to be great. For the past year and a half, not so much. Wrong prescription, lack of communication unless you become the squeaky wheel, and out of stock on prescriptions one too many times this year.

Three shots three long wait times. Friday night 6:00 appointment, no joy. At 6:25 asked how much longer. Oh she is getting it ready now. I'm watching and some guy in a white lab coat is Talking to her. I asked if they could stop their conversation as I had already been waiting for almost 30 minutes. Oh she's coming now. No she is not, I can see her shooting the breeze with someone. I'll cancel the appointment as I don't want to interfere with her conversation. Go to Publix at Southside the next morning. 10:20 appointment and I'm finished and walking out at 10:21. That is service!!

I have to give this pharmacy 5 stars because of the great service Pharmacy Tech Ketty gave me. She helped me with my phone when I was not able to schedule a Covid booster shot that needed to have an appointment for. She went beyond her obligation and was able to get us scheduled.Thank you Ketty!

I stopped in with my daughter so she could get some eyeliner. This Walgreen's is just east of Orange Avenue and far more convenient to get in and out of than the CVS located by it (located on the corner of Orange and Michigan) if you are headed down Orange Avenue towards downtown (for the more directionally functional, that would be north). As a side note, have you ever noticed you always see a CVS and a Walgreen's always within throwing distance of each other? I guess that is a question for the ages (or their respective marketing and planning departments). Parking is good and this location is next to Smithfield Farms. Upon entering we were greeted by the team and I noticed that the store was clean and well organized. My daughter made her selection and I suggested getting the second because one was ten dollars (actually $9.99) and two were fifteen dollars (two were actually $14.99, but I guess it's close enough to fifteen dollars. And yes, I fall for that marketing strategy all the time). Since it was me paying, my daughter had no objection. As we entered the checkout line, they had Frosted Flakes on sale for two dollars a box (actually $1.99). So, we grabbed a box, the Frosted Flakes with Marshmallows grabbed my daughter's attention. John at the checkout was friendly and a true asset to the company. He made us feel like he wanted us there and was happy to be there, as well. We engaged in some small talk about cereal, he was a fan of Frosted Flakes, and it was a great way to finish our transaction. All in all, s great experience and a reminder that it is the people in the stores who truly set the experience. Great job, John, you are a true asset to Walgreen's.

Find another pharmacy if you can. Their prescriptions are never filled on time and they’ll say “fifteen minutes” whether it will really be thirty seconds or two hours. Possibly they’re just overwhelmed because of their proximity to ORMC. One upside: possibly because of their high volume, doesn’t take them long to get obscure or out of stock medications in. I’ve been coming here for over a decade and their wait times have skyrocketed over the years. Probably fine for non-time-sensitive prescriptions but don’t count on them for same-day fulfillment.

The little clinic here has a very condescending doctor who smirks and rolls her eyes. I didn't know a digital copy of my insurance wouldn't work and had to listen to her lecture me about how I should have known bc it's posted online. I went through the online process and it wasn't anywhere in the step by step. Also it's 2019 but apparently Walgreens is behind. Also this isn't an actual clinic and is super limited in what they can do despite their services list.

Rude. Slow as molasses. I don't mind waiting 5hrs... except when they say it'll be ready at 4.5.
