Do NOT come here for anything under lock and key! They’ve lost the keys!

Worse Walgreens store ever, every time I come in the guy cashier just stays there quiet and I have to figure out for myself it’s done and I can leave. Never says hello or thank you or anything after I pay very unprofessional and rude. Walgreens do better please!

Shoutout to George the store manager, he has amazing customer service and has been very patient and kind when dealing with our concerns. Thank you for everything you do and most of all for helping out my elderly mother.

Store close at 12am it’s 9:50 and bathrooms are closed what type of country sense does that make and instead of opening them up when you see a customer has to go you scream across the store that they are closed… ghetto , do better

Called pharmacy to ask about a prior authorization on a prescription. Call was answered by an automated system. It could handle only the basics. It took me just over five minutes to get to an actual pharmacy employee. Yes they were helpful, but the hoops jumped threw to get to them is not ok. I will be using the Publix across the street from now on.

Tried to print something here, and was told that “we don’t do that here” while having printers available. We had a code for pick up and they did not have it. Unhelpful staff as well.

The pharmacy staff at this location are very professional and friendly. I have been getting my prescription here for several months and they are always very helpful.

I should not have to wait for someone on a personal call while waiting on me. This is still a customer service job... personal phones should not be used on the floor. I was on my way to work and when I said that, she moved slower while still talking on her personal call. Do better Walgreens!!!!

Little to no staff. Unhelpful staff. Nobody in photo, no button to push to get help in photo. After all that wait and walking around the store to track someone down apparently the passport photo isn't working anyway. Not a good visit

Quite possibly the best Walgreens in Orlando! The pharmacists and techs have always been on top of the things I've needed help with. Super professional and courteous!

Me and my sister we are both are dependent on a mobility scooter. It was around 10 pm-ish when we stopped by this location because my sisters scooter was almost dead. We had been here several times before and asked to charge one of our scooters and it was always ok and we've always been received with a smile and kindness.Today was different, there were 2 female employees standing around the pharmacy area that was closed at this hour chit chatting. We plugged in my sisters scooter so we could make it home and one of the ladies (her name was Idiam) came over and snarled at us saying that we were not allowed to plug in our scooter. We advised her that we had been there many times before and we're always told it was perfectly fine. Idian was very curt and said we should ask a manager. So we asked where is the manager? She advised there was no manager available tonight. So we kindly reminded her that we really needed help so we could make it home. And she kept insisting that the store didn't like that but "I guess you can plug it in now" she said. Then turned around and started talking to the other employee in her native language. Strange considering when you were talking before in English and then after our interaction you turn to your native language. In my experience, you know you are being talked about. I was just so appalled by her interaction with us. Incredibly rude!!

This location is extremely tacky and unprofessional. It is poorly run, everyone from the pharmacy, floor representative to the cashier's are incompetent. The heavy set hispanic woman with long straight black hair behind the pharmacy counter was glaring at me, making me extremely uncomfortable to shop. I wanted to ask someone behind that counter for help, but she was the only one in sight and I wasn't going to approach her. This happened on 12/14. I decided I was going to just go to my local Walgreens and ask them there.A relative then text me to pick up something for their toddler. There was a employee with a cart and a poorly done red hair dye texting away on her phone. When we lock eyes, she protected to be working ( TOO LATE, I SAW YOU SLACKING) I asked her for the medication, and she said she didn't know and rolled her cart away, like wth! I ended up finding it myself, go figure. The cashier's only mistake is socializing in Spanish, while there is customer's waiting to be checked out. You've already hand them their receipts, so the extra 40 second chit chat was so unnecessary, when there is a line ?This is the 4th time I went to this location because it is my mother's location Walgreens, she lives at Central Park. Whenever I'm in the area, and they need something I no other choice but that Walgreens. It's been a disappointment each and every time, they need to get it together 99% of their reviews are terrible. I finally decided to review them because the 3 employee that I cam across were all a disgrace excluding the cashier, but even he had his faults.

The cashier was awesome, which is why I'm even giving this location 2 stars. My neighborhood Walgreens is the one at the corner of Curry Ford/ Goldenrod. I was in the area, so I stop by this location to get a cream for my toddler's legs. My pediatrician made a mistake and wrote down the prescription dose instead of her over the counter choice. They wanted me to start with the over the counter option, and if that did not work then they would prescribe something stronger. I asked the lady behind the pharmacy for assistance, she went and spoke to an older gentleman with the white coat. She then came back and instructed me on what to get. So far everything is going great! The second I walked into the isle out of sight they all started laughing. This made me furious. It's already emotionally traumatizing to see your child in such discomfort, then the clowns who are suppose to specialize in this finding humor. Laugh at my situation. My 3 year son legs are all bumpy due to sea lice, and this is how these so called "professionals" handled the situation, by laughing? If there were other ppl around and they laugh it wouldn't have mattered. But it's them watching me look for the cream, and then the second I walk off, start to laugh. This is cruel behavior, extremely unprofessional
