Seems like nobody here is proficient in speaking English. I had to get eye drops which were locked and a worker proceeded to tell me to push a button. I asked where this button was located and he couldn't communicate efficiently. Finally I find the button on the shelf and push it. Same worker walks by and says "wait." I wait and the same worker comes back and tries to tell me something and finally opens the locked shelf. Pretty pathetic... speaking English should be a requirement in the United States.

Store #15332Nicole and Marilyn in the photo department was amazing. It was a rough day for because I order photo books, a canvas and magnets for Christmas present. The first welgreens I order the items for waited untilChristmas Eve to tell me the machine was broken after ordering a week in advance. I called Walgreens call center 3 times that day. Every single store they redirected my order too had an issue with the machine. Finally this location was able to process my order and get it done the same day. These two ladies went above and beyond to ensure my order was completed the urgently and efficiently. They turn a horrible experience to a wonderful experience. Thank you Nicole and Marilyn.

I went to this pharmacy to get the vaccines and I have an appointment at 2:30. I got there at 2:35 and a pharmacist saw me I walked in and he went to lunch break in front of me even I have an appointment. A lady at cashier told me that he just went to lunch break so I need to wait 40mins. I waited until he came back from lunch break. Finally, he came back and he kept talking and laughing with coworkers. He looked at me and he called the other patient,who just got there,to come in after I waited 50mins. He didn't even try to help me. That was so mean, racist and unprofessional phamasist ever. Walgreen has to get a better phamasist than him. I never ever come back this Walgreen again.

Monday, October 30 at 9:35 am, the employee by whom I was served was super rude, an unpleasant and rude attitude towards me, I really don't know where these guys are trained to serve their customers, I felt discrimination when I He said with attitude that he did not speak Spanish, I hope they take action with these types of people so that no one else goes through this unpleasant situation.

5 stars because THEY ALWAYS ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I know I can't miss a call at my job and I don't give out life saving meds. Can't say the same for most pharmacies. Quick and reliable. Very happy

I went to the pharmacy to get a vaccine this lady by the name of Adriana she’s Latina and she works at the pharmacy had a really stink attitude towards me I have no idea why maybe because she see that I look and shape better than her. She shape like a big box of KFC. I was gonna talk to her but then I realized that she doesn’t deserve all that attention, someone like this should never be placed in customer service but after reading some of the reviews I see that looks like all of them workers have bad customer service. Walgreens needs to do better

How is it possible that the price of a product in the store when scanning it with the app is half of what you have to pay at the checkout? This only happens in Walgreens, because according to them, that price is only if you buy the product online.

Huge SHOUT OUT to DEEPAK (pharmacy on Conroy/Kirkman) in the Pharmacy department. He went the extra mile in helping me out even without me asking, and made my day better after my own (now Ex) physician was giving me the run around Deepak took it personally to go out of his way to sympathize and help me when I was feeling discouraged. You deserve a RAISE. I don't personally know you, but you made my day!!!!!! Props to DEEPAK!!! Shout out to DEEPAK!!!!

This young lady who were the cashier was soo busy on phone she ignored two customers who walked away disgruntled and unhappy. I was cashing out she stared slamming my stuff in the bag. I asked her not too she stupes I left my stuff and walked away. Am not putting up with rude cashier who phone was first priority she is been paid to help.

I had a prescription that required a pre-auth in their records for a full month and a half. I called them repeatedly when I was told by my doctor that they never received the paperwork for it. I watched them put the pre-auth paperwork in. I asked them to do the pre-auth about a dozen times, once every half week. They NEVER got the pre-auth to my doctor. I moved prescriptions last weekend. I talked to my new pharmacist about the problems, figuring that Walgreens must have screwed something up.4.hours.later.the other pharmacy has the pre-auth and it was approved. I am never using a Walgreens again if I can help it.

Not my usual store, but was in the area and needed a few things. The cashier was very slow, and not very friendly to anyone, and there were a lot of people standing in line, waiting. Then she went off somewhere and a woman I assumed was a manager type person checked us out, and was equally unpleasant. I’m glad I’m not local, so I don’t have to stop in that store on a regular basis, I’d definitely avoid it.

Pharmacist is lying about my doctor not sending in an eprescribe. They have stolen my paper prescription and have ruined my vacation. Avoid like the plague - knew I couldn’t trust Walgreens. Absolute garbage

Two times we have used pick up. It is easy and they are so quick to bring out your order. It's really nice that there is no charge if you don't mind a substitution.
