Prescription for pink eye called in night before. Wasn't ready when I came in an hour after opening. Was told 20 minutes and it ended up being an hour just sitting there with a goopy eye. Couldn't transfer prescription anywhere either because automated system just hangs up. Would not recommend this one

My name is Yolexy Herrera, yesterday morning I went to Walgreens to look for my medications since I had a severe allergic condition with asthma and a strong cough, Dr. He indicated strong treatment for the severity of my condition. How to change insurance you had to make a transfer from CVS. The guy who treated me told me that he couldn't prepare my treatment that would happen at night and so I did. When I arrived they didn't have my treatment nor was I registered!! Today I went to CVS and they told me that since yesterday they had made a transfer, in view of the circumstance I went around 12 noon today to another Walgreens location and they told me that I am not in the system or anything! Since I'm with j. Severe symptoms of coughing and choking. I call dr. And they transfer the treatment to the Walmart Pharmacy! I call and they tell me it's ready! I go to that pharmacy and they tell me that they can't deliver it to me because Walgreens has already shipped it and I charge it to the insurance, the girl from Walmart asks for the transfer and it's 5 in the afternoon today and I'm still choking with a cough and without treatment! I do not recommend Walgreens for anything in the world since they are negligent and indolent knowing that respiratory issues and asthma are not a problem! And that without treatments that must be taken immediately!! I feel discriminated against by them and because only today after the afternoon they deigned to appear with a treatment that I do not have in my hands!! And here drowned by the goodness of God!! I will consult with a lawyer!!

Don’t shop here! Go across the street to CVS where the managers and customer service is normal and decent. I can see now why this store has a two star rating overall. I need to give them one star. AWFUL service. They rang up my purchase wrong, it went in before my phone number registered to give the discounts. So one minute later I asked for a simple $4.50 credit to use next time in and they refused. They wanted to try to put it back into my health insurance benefit card but that card may not allow returns I couldn’t take that risk of totally losing the opportunity to use the $30 health card money I had when I entered the store. The manager refused to simply give me a credit Walgreens card for the small amount and seriously they couldn’t care less about why CVS across the street has five times the amount of customers. I try to support local stores that don’t have as much traffic like Walgreens which is almost always empty, but I’m back to crowded CVS whose prices are better anyways on a lot of items and the customer service is very sincerely good. Bye Walgreens. Forever. It’s the principle of the matter not the $4.50 you feared to part with.

KUDOS ? and thanks so much Moises for providing supreme quality customer service at Walgreens on Sand Lake Road in the pharmacy department ?. The staff are so helpful as well as friendly as they greet you into the store. I was looking for Pepto Bismol, and they pointed ? me in the right direction. ✅️ I was looking for Fig Newtons, and they were on sale! The fig newtons were perfectly soft for my taste! The store is super clean and organized from top to bottom as you jam to the music ? in the background!

Pharmacy here is garbage. Will tell you your brand of medication is ready, then when you go, they do not have it. They will also fill a partial prescription then when you go to get the rest, they say you’ve already picked it up. My wife is on her fourth trip there and they do not have it after saying it was ready. The pharmacist said “maybe it’s time you switch to another pharmacy “. Don’t bother.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for several months because it’s the closest Walgreens that actually includes a pharmacy. The staff is always very friendly, and the pharmacy takes care of me. The only reason why I’m rating it three stars is because I find it unwelcome to be greeted by homeless people when walking out with prescription drugs in my hand. I’ve never come here and not seen homeless people sitting outside. I was told that the family with kids that sits out front is not actually homeless. They parked their car near Publix and collect around $500 a day from tourist.

Horrible, Horrible Experience!I purchased some candy online and needed to return them. Yes un opened just changed my mind.First visit, fist excuse: The system was down and I would have to come back or they can give me a store credit if I give them my DL number. Lies, lies, lies. They can ring up people on the register and give me a store credit only if I give them my ID. But they cannot give me a return on my credit card cause the system is down? Yeah, right.Second visit, second excuse. I can only return the product at the store when I picked up the merchandise. More lies, lies, lies. On my drive home I called the 800 number and they told me I can return it at ANY STORE.So I wasted time and gas on going to your store with employees who do not care about customer service and and no idea about proper store operations.

I usually never write reviews but no one here couldn't even bother to help me when I came in on a dead day. I walked up to the photo booth and there was no one there, so I pressed the "Ask for Assistance" button and waited. No one came. Pressed it again and no one came. Finally, someone walks up and doesn't even look at me or acknowledge me, he goes and sits behind a computer and doesn't look up once. I say "Excuse me" and he gets up and walks to the front of the store to talk with other associates, not even bothering to ask me anything or respond to my request.I just left. There was hardly anyone in the store and when I walked out the front, no one said anything to me again even though there were multiple employees around. Went right across the street to CVS instead and they helped me right away, this place has terrible customer service. Won't come back.

9/9/22. Went through drive through to pick up script and waiting in line for 27 minutes to pick up script!UNBELIEVABLE!I have had nothing but problems with this location. Not answering phones or just plain hanging up on you. Moving my scripts to another location...I'M DONE!Now you know why their rating is SO LOW

Extremely poor customer service. The cashier Victoria prefferes to be flirting with a previous customer rather than doing her job and properly assist us. She was extremely pleasant and helpful to the customer she was flirting with yet extremely rude to us.

My wife and I were shopping in this Walgreens on 08/18/2022 at 8pm and when we were ready to checkout the cashier was talking in a unprofessional manner about another customer that was making a purchase. We spoke with the supervisor Carmen and asked her to address this issue. Carmen was kind and happy to bring this issue to her manager Ricardo and correct this behavior immediately . We will shop there again and if this is corrected , I will update my review. Thank You

Staff is amazing, they have a lot of stuff. The mobile photo app for getting pictures done is an absolute fail. Took three tries to get the photos printed correctly.However as a technician, I know that the problems are from the software and not the people.And they did their best to make it right.
