Would give a zero but that is not an option yet to enable that. Not once but several times employees said items were out of stock but if you walk in the store the shelves are full of those items. Depending on the employee's preferences determines the service or level of professionalism you receive.

This is for Walmart Health Center located inside the Supercenter. I came in to take a drug test for a job and it was very fast and speedy process. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. It took no more than 20min. It is exceptionally clean inside as well

This location appears to have hire non bilingual employees. Everyone I approached for assistance stated they do not speak ENGLISH. Really!!!!! The pharmacist NADIA! appeared to be irritated with her position to fill medication orders. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!

Would give less if I could. When price rings up wrong they don't know what to do. Go to customer service and they'll attack you!!I shop anywhere but here. Oh by the way Corporate could care less. Ever again Police will be called.

They simply suck. If you want low prices, low quality food, and terrible customer service. This is your spot. Their pickup is a joke. Waiting 50 minutes for your order defeats the entire purpose of ordering pickup, especially when you're running short on time.

This is my closest Walmart Supercenter (E Colonial) and I try to avoid it like the plague (too soon?). Occasionally, I "have" to come here for something and when I do, I try to get in and out as quickly as I can.For my Walmart needs, I prefer the Neighborhood Market stores for groceries and the Lake Nona or Goldenrod store (near the airport) as those are newer and nicer. They have all the same things as other Walmarts, but it always just seems more messy and cluttered and generally unpleasant. I would go out of my way to go to a different store if I had the time, but sometimes, it's just more convenient to stop here. So I'll just navigate the crappy parking lot, figure out which doors are open, and hopefully get a cart!

If I could give this racist, zero quality customer service, need to close it down or hire an entirely new staff I the customer service department store a -100 I would. I tried to buy a pair of clearance socks and because it didn't have a tag the lack luster customer service person refused to sell them to me even though a qualified cashier showed her where the other socks were. I will never shop here again just because their customer service is horrible. I've purchased items like this before with no problems. But tonight clearly these people were aiming to ruin my night.

This is my go to Walmart because it's the closest and it's not a "neighborhood" one which tend to be smaller. This location is always busy and I see tons of workers but see more self checkout or greeters (they literally have someone just stand there to handout masks) then actual cashiers; it's also hard to get an employee to help you look or grab something....it's like they disappear when that happens lol I've never had problems with my food; like being spoiled or moldy, usually the things I want are in stock..well besides bread, it goes up and down. I remember bread being out for almost a month before and now it's pasta but that at most grocery stores now. This is also my go to place for money orders because it a dollar and I think it goes up to a $1,000 for one which is nice since Publix only goes up to $500 so I usually have to get two money orders...I'm a cheap skate and don't wanna pay another dollar lol XD Also, the other reviews talking about college stuff...YES! When it's time for college move in; it's so crazy bad that you'll be willing to drive to a different Walmart, a neighborhood Walmart or even splurge for target lol I moved in during that time and they were out stock on basic thing for a month ...like kitchen stuff, trash cans, blankets, etc. : ,)

I don't even know where to start so I will just say this. The customer service cashier was rude and nasty. The "order online and pickup in store" process was a mess; they weren't good at navigating customers to retrieving their purchases. The product I ordered was damaged. A hole price was broken off of it. Shouldn't someone inspect boxes that have been previously opened? It was an hour of wasted time and aggravation for me and I have no intentions on returning to that location. Note: this review was based on an experience that occurred in November of 2021 so things may have changed.

This is my regular Walmart to go to! The staff isn't very attentive but they always have what I need for my groceries and at a reasonable rate you can't complain! They have self check out which is a big deal for me, I haven't had any issue in coming to this Walmart besides it can get a bit busy on the weekends particularly Sunday night. The reason why is because of its proximity to UCF so it's a lot of college kids. Also this Walmart has a McDonald's in which I think it's a plus.

Ordered something for pickup, said it could be picked up today after 6:50. Arrived at 7:35 and it's not ready, says it's "being prepared" still. Asked the customer desk and they said you have to go to the contactless pickup spots and check in via app, they can't just give it to me there for whatever reason. They got rid of the self pickup item tower too, which would've made things a lot easier. Like damn it would let me get it myself I would. I hate it here, honestly.

This Walmart is one of the worst well put together establishment! They have people speeding through the parking lot with children and families. But meanwhile, there are police in front of the store doing god knows what inside of Walmart. Shawn is one of the rudest managers to employees, customers, etc; i've heard him get loud and treat his employees who don't deserve any of his attitude! If he has his own problems he should be step down from manager and get paid a lower right and understand how hard life really is instead of being "on top" like he thinks he is. Most employees get paid $12/hr. Those people have to deal with customer service, money center, etc; very stressful environment at times dealing with those places. But, if they even have a doctors note Walmart thinks they can still give their employees "points" and after so many fire them. I don't think that should be allowed what so ever! No time and a half and very unprofessional. The managers and lead shift team treat this place like it's a playground to them but treat their own staff like they are owned slaves.

I bought some tires thru their Black Friday deals. Normally I have not used Walmart for tires. however, Tire pricing was so good and I need them for my car. So I ordered them online had them sent to this store. Called made an appointment for Saturday at 8am. Arrived and was told 3 people had called out and it would take longer. Don't like it, but can it is what it is. So I wait....... an hour after my appointment I find out they skipped me for some reason. New guy behind the counter starts hustling and we locate the tires and he helps get my car completed. Once the car was brought in it did take a long time to get 4 tires changed. Be prepared to wait if you use this auto center. The people are nice.

The night staff doesn't want to help with anything I asked for help to open the cabinet so I can buy a car radio one staff said hold on then disappeared and the other staff were acting like they were working but we're on their phones. Walmart needs to get it together smh
