I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for almost 10 years, initially was with Wachovia before it was bought up. Comparing this branch to other branches, I would say it took a long time to get to the counter. They need to hire more people to speed up the process. However, my experience with the staff member Charlotte was very pleasant. She was super nice and helped me with converting currency for my trip. I usually use the ATM or drive through. I try not to come inside because it always takes a while. So if you can, try completing your transactions outside to avoid the wait.
